Nada. Por erro meu caí de novo nas enganosas fotos do hotel e descrição, e a 1ª vez foi ha 4 anos, quando vi o hotel queria fugir, mas ja nao dava para cancelar. Èxigir que os hoteis digam a verdade e mostrem fotos reais e não enganem os clientes, é pessimo darem-nos um quarto basico e dizer que é uma suite! |

Da localização e da paisagem, do lago Como e da facilidade de aceder à Zona Histórica-Comercial da cidade. Creio que a classificação de 4 Estrelas é bastante exagerada, dadas as condições do Hotel. O menu do restaurante, sugerido na recepção é exageradamente caro, em relação qualidade-Preço, não o aconselhando a outros viajantes. |

facilidade de acesso os atendentes da recepção muito brutos e anciosos. Não são cordiais ao receber o hospede que pode estar chegando de uma viagem longa, e não se mostram aptos e disponiveis para resolver pequenos pedidos como: estacionar carro e internet |

We very much enjoyed our junior suite on the sixth floor. It was spacious and the closet was nice being a walk in with a full length mirror. The view was fantastic. Being in bed and having the panoramic view to wake up to was wonderful. The front desk,Elisa was most helpful and friendly. |

The location was excellent with walking distance to seas side, shopping and sight seeing. Great offer on the breakfast buffet. The hotel needs a face lift. The hotel entrance and lobby has seen no change for many years and is missing the expected charm. |

The Staff were great, the hotel was immaculate and the whole experience was simply wonderful. The rooms are not sound proof, could hear every little detail from our neighbours. We were woken each morning rather early by our neighbours. |

Reception staff were very helpful. Suggestions for restaurants,timetables for ferries and trains, nothing was any trouble.The lake view and the central location for trains and boat trips. Some areas looked tired. The noise from the roadworks immediately in front of the hotel and the terrible 'music 'coming from the exhibition tent in the square below after midnight.Should not have really charged for an upgrade, but rather paid us to take the rooms.A young woman serving in the bar was so unrepresentative of the rest of the staff. She was churlish and needs a course on customer care. |

I was really disappointed, certainly not a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a dramatic makeover. For your credibility it should be deleted from your portfolio. 200 euros a night is incredible bad value. |

Location is great, although the wind can blow freely from the lake, and for the rooms with a lake view (we had one), the wind can get pretty loud at night (but I guess that's the price you pay for a lake view...) Breakfast was rather poor, and they run out of stuff on Sunday.. The rooms are clean, but would need a bit of renovation - we couldn't close our balcony door properly and couldn't change the room as the hotel was fully-booked. We paid EUR 250 per night for this hotel, which is far from being a bargain. |

yes i ve stayed only one night then when i want to make chick out bec. it is law class hotel,they ask the manger and he sayed that i should pay all the nights and i payed it.....i m soo sad,the photo same th but if u go there u will find anther thing. |
