staff was amazing and more than accomodating location on the highway was not the most convenient... although they did offer shuttle service. |

This hotel and its staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I wrote letters to the management and personal thank-yous to the staff because I was so touched at their attention and service. It may be a little off the beaten track but it is worth the effort! |

大きな荷物を持って雨のなか夜分到着しても、スタッフはニコニコするだけで、荷物を運ばなかった。英語が殆ど通じなかった。市内から遠隔地であり、周りにまったくレストランなどがなくホテルの不味い飯を食う羽目になった。その食事も殆どチョイスがない。 １００％不満。3泊の予定を2泊に変更したが、キャンセルできず、3泊分の料金を取られたが、あとで3日目の料金を渋々50％返却してくれたが、これは当然でしょう。地図、行き方をもっと適切に示すべき。ここは絶対にお勧めできない。団体さんなら別だが。 |
