The location was great. The outdoor living space and view was spectacular. It was clean and a great set up.
big advantage is a big terrace, where we every morning ate breakfast.
all was good
I personally really like this place. It's not big, but pretty and comfortable. The patio is nice. The location is nice. We enjoyed drink on the patio watching people on the street. We can see the sea as well. The wifi is really good as well.
This cosy little B&B is in a great location with beautiful views from the balcony, lots of restaurants in this seaside town and a short train ride to Ostia Antica, Roman Ruins not to be missed. Close to airport a great place to stay flying in or out of Rome. Thanks Perla.
Good comfortable facilities. Easy car parking. Good breakfast. Perla, the manager/owner is friendly, efficient and speaks excellent English.
Everything has been perfect! We have nothing to complain. We loved this place, though the bed room is a bit small, however, the total living area is huge and comfortable.
The Perla, our host, is a very capable business lady and is a busy person. When we arrived, she was busy working in her restaurant, so we couldn't open the door but was locked out. For Italian guests or those who have local cell phone, it would be easy, but we were unable to contact the host. Finally we were helped by next door restaurant to phone her, and still had to wait quite a while before we could be served.
I liked that it was clean.
1. It was hard to find, a tiny sign 2. The owner was not there when we got there 3. The set up did not work for us with a bathroom located next to a shared kitchen. I felt I was in a college dorm with my kids. It was a strange experience. Luckily, it was our last night in Rome but a disappointing one.
Close to the beach, great location and fabulous terrace with sea view. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the metro station
Location, nice terasse.
The air condition was very loud, the coffee machine was in a very bad
