It is perfectly positioned close to the centre of Venice, walking distance to the train station and Venice's public transport. The staff were wonderful. |

Friendly staff and hotel was situated near the centre of Venice. Room was very old, bathroom dramatic, bed was poor quality and breakfast was ridiculously little in amount of what you get. |

The front of house staff were incredibly helpful. Venice is an easy place to get lost but this hotel is close to the train and bus station and is easy to find. |

good location, helpful staff, nice room, decent breakfast I never expected to pay so much for a hotel room in Italy, but I guess that's the state of play these days for people who have dollars. |

It allowed me to stay in Venice itself, but without paying the very high hotel rates often found there. The hotel, while not 5 star, was perfectly adequate. The staff were helpful, and the facilities provided what we needed--a place to sleep, and a very nice breakfast. The location was a fairly easy walk from the main car parking facility so we did not need to mess with water transportation. |

Being told has to go to another hotle when we arrive at 10 pm. Terrible conditions in the replace one. 4 beds in one rooms where we booked twin bed room. reception refused to check-in one room only where could easily sleep 4 people. Arrived late so no more choices. No discount either and told us 250euro per night is the normal price which is the same rate of a 4 star hotel opposite street. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location in Venice close to the train station and sights. The breakfast room was very small and had only one waitress, which was obviously too much for her. No caffeteria/kettle/fridge available in the room. |
