Kindness of personnel, that tried to cope with our complaints about the premises. The prices are way too high for a place where wallpaper is coming off and tapestry in the halls are fixed with duct tape. Pictures are misleading. Customers should definitely go for the rooms in the main building (not the Dipendenza): better value for money. |

picked this hotel for convenience for a stop in venice. as a place to stay while in venice, this is ok. its a bit out of stmarks square almost near the train station and if you are on a budget, this hotel is ok. if you want a bit of comfort thenn you need to aim closer to st marks square for the at,osphere |

nice surroundings, hotel located at side of canal room very outdated, washbasin in bedroom instead of bathroom. room is dark with terrible lighting, furniture needs update, wallpaper coming loose from the walls, lights not working, breakfast was so poor it was funny. very overpriced for room in the annex, not in any way classy like the pictures. glory long gone... |

staff very nice and helpful. hotel silent and quiet. room confortable they write American Breakfast, but it is definitely not one. It is a continental breakfast,with some hard boiled eggs, possibly old (visibly). Breakfast room too small for all people who are at the hotel, had to wzit 20 minutes to sit down |

I thought this was the best value for my trip of my entire 2wk stay in Italy. We went in the off season and that probably helped. The location was good, close to the train station and a vaporetto stop. The staff was super helpful too. |

The location was quite good with access to trains, boats, and busses. The hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly. The room was much too small for the bed they had in it, and the bathtub is a safety hazard. The outer door of the annex was unlocked most of the time, meaning there was little security in the building. |

Location is quite good if you arrive to Venice by train or by bus. Breakfast was ok. There is a bar where local people go next to the hotel. There was quite a strong smell in the room. |
