Great location on an island opposite St Mark's Square (free shuttle to St Mark's Square takes 2 min), very quiet yet an ideal starting point for walks in the city or trips to other islands, great views, rooms very clean and in excellent condition, very attentive staff, charming garden

One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in, anywhere. Unique atmosphere, awesome location, gorgeous rooms. Breakfast capuccino the best anywhere. Thank you.

its too old and the rooms are not beautiful and bed are not very comfortable, and its very far from main venice

we loved hotel decor - earthy and stone very nice furniture, garden is delightful for morning coffee, location & view are superb, service friendly & helpful, breakfast delicious, the room incredible (a split room suite with double harbour view) and best the little island it was on - great bars, views and peaceful - plus loved shuttle boat trips and compliemently champers while waiting! Going again

they could provide a timetable for shuttle to save waiting, would have liked seats outside on quay for drinks (several other bars & hotel next door do have this, felt they missed a trick with some of their space & could have had more places to drink or snacks over looking water & watch sun go down, bar didn't open until midday which cut out champagne breakfasts.

We had a very warm welcome. A glass of water was thoughtfully provided as we checked in. As we went out for the evening a glass of fizz was provided - a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle boat service was explained to us and it provided a good service. It was nice to come across to the calm of the hotel from the bustle of San Marco. The breakfasts were good

There was nothing we did not like. Some minor points that might be of help to others to note. It was difficult to get meal on a Monday evening - the hotel snack menu was limited. A nearby recommended restaurant was closed . We ended up eating at a nearby hotel waterside restaurant. Very expensive. We also suggest that drinking water should be provided free of charge at a hotel of this quality

Beauté du site et du lieu, de la décoration, du calme et du petit déjeuner.Excellent niveau du personnel, aussi bien le service, l'accueil, la réception etc..

L'absence d'un vrai concierge. L'absence d'horaire fixe pour la navette bateau donc difficile de s'organiser bien que la disponibilité du bateau soit correcte. Le jour de notre départ au moment de récupérer nos bagages il nous a été réservé un accueil très désagréable du concierge de l'hotel bauer d'en face côté place qui ne nous considérait pas comme des clients de son hotel.

Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer, besseres Frühstück als im Hotel Bauer, sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre

Das Solarboot, das das Palladio mit dem Hotel Bauer verbindet, ist furchtbar wackelig - das Ein-und Aussteigen bei höherem Wellengang beschwerlich

Le calme de l'île de la Giudecca, la navette pour se rendre en 10 minutes en plein centre de Venise, le charme de l'hôtel...

La vue un peu triste sur une toute petite cour.

Tout était absolument conforme à la descritption! Le lieu est magnifique sans tapage (comparé au Bauer pallazio sur la rive voisine), l'accueil chaleureux & professionnel (français impécable) ainsi que la facilité pratique de la navette! Je le recommande inconditionnellement
