Service, furniture, comfort, and cleanliness were all 5 stars. This hotel is not as nice as the Hotel Bauer on the san marco island, but it was nice and offered free water shuttle service every 30 min between the 2 islands. Worst thing about this hotel is the island Guedecca. It felt so empty and if there was anything on that island, it must've been a long walk from the hotel!! The hotel restaurant and food do not compensate for the total lack of options on the island. All the good stuff are on the san marco island.

The bedrooms were superb and the views across the the lagoon were fantastic. Venice is expensive and the hotel offers similiar rates, whilst not a problem it is difficult to justify some items double the price from back home.

A wonderful place to stay in Venice, with great views over the lagoon and an amazing garden to lose yourself in. The staff are particularly welcoming and the cuisine in the Ulivo restaurant excellent. Regular shuttle across to St Marks was a bonus. Wifi is rather patchy. I believe the hotel is trying to rectify this

Caring and very friendly staff. Beautiful views of San marco and Doge's palace. Wonderful garden for breakfast - tea and evening drinks! Will definitely return .

La struttura elegante, la quiete delle camere, il giardino. La camera raggiungibile tramite un sentiero posto in un tratto di giardino che, a sua volta, con la pioggia rasenta l'impraticabilita'.

обслуживание неплохое, но на пять звезд не тянет. еда хорошая, место отличное. отсутствует звукоизоляция между номерами, пол в туалете ледяной, запах канализации из туалета

Le calme, l'efficacité et la discrétion du personnel, la situation privilégiée au sein de Venise, la présence d'un grand parc L'absence de rideaux ou de volets véritablement occultants (réveil à l'aube par la lumière !). Fonctionnement défectueux de la télé non remédié par le personnel malgré nos demandes répétées et absence de notice explicative

Le calme aprés les visites de Venise ou le s touristes sont omniprésents.La navette entre l'hotel et le centre de Venise est très pratique. Le personnel est charmant. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet et bon. Pas d'oreillers supplémentaires. Pas d'accés simple au jaccuzi, hammam, obligation de passer par un rdv, des hotesses etc...pas assez de souplesse de ce côté là.C'est normal pour les soins (qui sont nombreux et un peu onéreux quand même) mais l'accés au spa devrait être plus facile.

le personnel vraiment aux petits soins, la situation au calme, le petit déjeuner très varié, l'eau chaude dont la température est parfaite, la navette de l'hôtel très pratique. les prix du mini bar... mais bon, c'est un cinq étoiles!!!

великолепный отель! провели в этом отеле с женой четыре дня. понравилось в принципе все. жили в двухуровневом люксе. персонал отзывчивый и решили все мои проблемы по приезду, т.к. не получали от меня почту и все мои заказы соответственно тоже. завтрак средненький. просто отвратительный интернет!!! услуги в спа-салоне нужно заказывать заранее, который работает до 20.00 и идти в него нужно по улице, а так как в венеции дожди это обычное дело, то сами понимаете насколько это было не комфортно. не очень хорошая уборка. абсолютно нечем заняться вечером на территории.

La atención y las instalaciones excelentes. El hecho de tener que transportarnos diario a la plazas San Marco, sería más cómodo para nosotros hospedarnos en otro que no tengamos que hacerlo.
