The Bauer Palladio Spa offers you the chance to relax with a variety of first class wellness therapies, including specialised massages, facials and beauty treatments.
It boasts 8 treatment rooms, including a King-sized Turkish Hamman, the innovative Vitalis Bath, and a double-sized Obermaier jacuzzi, along with an extensive variety of hand and feet treatments. Featuring treatments for the entire body, the Spa uses the Daniela Steiner Skin Care System, trusted by the world’s most sophisticated guests as the ultimate in rejuvenation and nourishment.

During your stay you can take advantage of the B-Mare, the new solar power shuttle boat that goes from Bauer Palladio to Bauer Il Palazzo (the hotel's sister property in San Marco).

Business Centre available for the Bauer Palladio guests. The first 30 minutes are free of charge.

Food & beverage

For each meal, you can enjoy the relaxing garden view and the delicious food at the Palladio Garden Bar & Restaurant, which is open daily, for buffet breakfasts in the morning, and for drinks and light snacks from 12:00 to 23:00. From Thursday to Sunday, the restaurant is also open for à la carte dinners. The chef, Daniele Zennaro, creates an exceptional menu full of seasonal flavours, inspired by the freshest ingredients. Alternatively, you may choose to relax and simply enjoy a drink on the terrace at the Garden Bar.

Otherwise, just a 5-minute boat ride away, you can visit De Pisis at the Bauer Hotels. This well-known gourmet restaurant has a wonderful terrace overlooking the Grand Canal and serves international cuisine influenced by regional and Mediterranean traditions and typical Venetian dishes.

Room information

Our rooms and suites are beautifully detailed with the finest paint decoration and tapestries in soft colors while still maintaining their original identity. Italian en suite marble bathrooms have baths, handle showers, hairdryers and closet.

Most have bathrooms with separate baths and walk-in showers. Some feature garden or lagoon views. Please check availability for a full list of facilities.

Area information

The Palladio Hotel & Spa is located on the Giudecca Island, facing St. Mark’s Square. Private boat access, named B-Mare is available each day. Transfer is from the Palladio to the Bauer sister properties, a nearby home to Saint Mark’s Square, with world-renowned shopping, museums and famous landmarks.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go. We had dinner 1 night in the hotel dining room and it ws one of the best meals we had on our trip. Our stay was totally enjoyable.

the location is not the main island in venezia but that was rather nice for us because it's pretty quiet and we can take shuttle boat for free from in front of the hotel to piazza st.marco .everyday we could see the beautiful sight..as for the internet,they have WLAN too.this site says 20euro/day, but actually we can use internet 20euro/whole staying.

the breakfast was good but everyday the same stuff were prepared..and there should be more vegetable....

we loved hotel decor - earthy and stone very nice furniture, garden is delightful for morning coffee, location & view are superb, service friendly & helpful, breakfast delicious, the room incredible (a split room suite with double harbour view) and best the little island it was on - great bars, views and peaceful - plus loved shuttle boat trips and compliemently champers while waiting! Going again

they could provide a timetable for shuttle to save waiting, would have liked seats outside on quay for drinks (several other bars & hotel next door do have this, felt they missed a trick with some of their space & could have had more places to drink or snacks over looking water & watch sun go down, bar didn't open until midday which cut out champagne breakfasts.

We had a very warm welcome. A glass of water was thoughtfully provided as we checked in. As we went out for the evening a glass of fizz was provided - a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The shuttle boat service was explained to us and it provided a good service. It was nice to come across to the calm of the hotel from the bustle of San Marco. The breakfasts were good

There was nothing we did not like. Some minor points that might be of help to others to note. It was difficult to get meal on a Monday evening - the hotel snack menu was limited. A nearby recommended restaurant was closed . We ended up eating at a nearby hotel waterside restaurant. Very expensive. We also suggest that drinking water should be provided free of charge at a hotel of this quality

Beauté du site et du lieu, de la décoration, du calme et du petit déjeuner.Excellent niveau du personnel, aussi bien le service, l'accueil, la réception etc..

L'absence d'un vrai concierge. L'absence d'horaire fixe pour la navette bateau donc difficile de s'organiser bien que la disponibilité du bateau soit correcte. Le jour de notre départ au moment de récupérer nos bagages il nous a été réservé un accueil très désagréable du concierge de l'hotel bauer d'en face côté place qui ne nous considérait pas comme des clients de son hotel.

Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer, besseres Frühstück als im Hotel Bauer, sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre

Das Solarboot, das das Palladio mit dem Hotel Bauer verbindet, ist furchtbar wackelig - das Ein-und Aussteigen bei höherem Wellengang beschwerlich

Trés bel hotel; petit déjeuner copieux et variés; personnel discret aux petits soins.

Hotel basé rive d'en face pour prendre la navette bateau pas toujours trés aimable. Ruelle sur le coté pour y accéder un peu "coupe gorge" n'y aurait il pas d'autres possibilites ? Acces au bateau parfois périlleux ( j'ai glissé sur marche mouillée et mousseuse algues du ponton et me suis bien bléssée du coup boittillante toute la durée du séjour et douloureuse pour un anniversaire de mariage ...
