Het hotel heeft een gezellige lounge en ligt zeer centraal. We kregen een kamer naast de lift hetgeen geluidsoverlast gaf. Prijs verhouding ontbijt is matig. |

De ligging van het hotel was zeer goed, vlakbij de exclusieve winkels en het San Marco Plein. Het hotel gaf een zeer nette indruk en ook de kamers waren zeer proper. Het bed was veel te hard en de hoofdkussens en lakens zeer hard.Normaliter zou je van een 5* sterren hotel verwachten dat er donsen kussens zijn. Bovendien werkte de airco niet goed want het was gemiddeld 25° C in de kamer. |

hotel met uitstraling, uitstekende locatie, ontbijt was zeer goed wat niet altijd zo is in italie, aanrader maar jammergenoeg daar hangt een prijskaartje aan!! |

The location, private dock and the rooms with a very large terrace. The buffet breakfast cost was completely out of line. $50.00 euro per person for very little we were not impressed. |

I loved the Restaurant and the view from my room The concierge of the hotel not very helpful at all.I have stayed in many 5 star hotels before and this one is by far the worst experience |

The location being so close to St Marks Square and the terrace on the Grand Canal is stunning. It's right in the central pulse of this amazing city.The staff cannot do enough for you and having stayed in some of the so called best hotels in europe, this is right up there. It is a true pallazzo hotel. Outstanding. Can't wait to go back again. lack of readily available leisure facilities on site. |

The staff was particularly helpful and polite. We even got escorted up to our room by the concierge. The breakfast buffet had a really big variety and the waitresses were doing everything they could to get you more comfortable. The room was very cold cause the heating system didn't work properly. There was no second blanket in the closet. |

Good breakfasts, restaurant in stunning location on the Grand Canal overlooking the Salute church, comfortable room and helpful staff Vast areas of unused space on ground floor - could be used in part to provide proper business centre (which, at present, consists of one PC stuck in a cubby hole), which should be essential for a 5-star hotel. |

The location was perfect We had bookec breakfast, which we skipped on the first morning however on the second morning we went down for breakfast and there was an enormous que which we were not prepared to stand in considering this was a 5 star hotel, this should not happen. We then went out and had to spend £40 on breakfast. |
