Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Мне даже показалочь что лучшее. Водное такси из аэропорта подвозит к самым дверям отеля. Неплохие для Европы завтраки. Интерьер...немного уже старый. У нас был улучшенный номер. Окна выходили на окна соседнего отеля, который сильно шумел кондиционером всю ночь. Сам номер, конечно, очень маленький. В отеле бесплатный вай-фай интернет. На ужин в ресторане отеля очень маленькое меню, еда не очень вкусная, обслуживают очень долго. Например, вино и воду нам принесли после третьего напоминания и после получаса ожидания. Ах, да, воду нам так и не принесли, а в счет включили. Ну это всё мелочи, в целом для Италии отель хороший. |

Останавливаемся в этом отеле в 5 раз. В номере чисто. Впечатление подпортило долгое ( около 1 часа) размещение, из-за отсутствия выбора номеров. Всё остальное хорошо. Почти все номера очень маленькие. Выбрать номер нормального размера невозможно, т.к. отель, по словам персонала, всегда заполнен. По сравнению с прошлым годом - ухудшился завтрак. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия, свежих/вареных овощей и т.д. |

The location, private dock and the rooms with a very large terrace. The buffet breakfast cost was completely out of line. $50.00 euro per person for very little we were not impressed. |

The location being so close to St Marks Square and the terrace on the Grand Canal is stunning. It's right in the central pulse of this amazing city.The staff cannot do enough for you and having stayed in some of the so called best hotels in europe, this is right up there. It is a true pallazzo hotel. Outstanding. Can't wait to go back again. lack of readily available leisure facilities on site. |

The staff was particularly helpful and polite. We even got escorted up to our room by the concierge. The breakfast buffet had a really big variety and the waitresses were doing everything they could to get you more comfortable. The room was very cold cause the heating system didn't work properly. There was no second blanket in the closet. |

Good breakfasts, restaurant in stunning location on the Grand Canal overlooking the Salute church, comfortable room and helpful staff Vast areas of unused space on ground floor - could be used in part to provide proper business centre (which, at present, consists of one PC stuck in a cubby hole), which should be essential for a 5-star hotel. |

The location was perfect We had bookec breakfast, which we skipped on the first morning however on the second morning we went down for breakfast and there was an enormous que which we were not prepared to stand in considering this was a 5 star hotel, this should not happen. We then went out and had to spend £40 on breakfast. |

We stayed in an extention to the Bauer hotel that is the Casanova, one of the best hotels in Venice. very convenient location from main attraction site ( 3 min walking from San Marco area) 3 min walking for the waterbus stop and it has it's water deck for water Taxi. Very convenient for family and buisness use. high standard hotel (that's why it's quite expensive ). |
