Great location, size of the room, open common area with couches, friendly staff always ready to assist. No elevator with rooms on the third floor, lots of noise from the street until very late at night (3 am) even on a Tuesday night; complimentary continental breakfast a little disappointing. |

exellent location poor breakfast, spooky at night, no elevator; automatic lights and very big stairs outside the palace - I fell down going downstairs because the lights switched off and I missed the last step |

I loved the building and the atomospher I wish there was an airconditioner in a room. I opened the window since it was very hot. I got a lot of mosqueton bites in the next morning |

The fan in the room - a life-saver! Not that I didn't like it, but we both felt you were missing out on an opportunity to have a small cafe or something similar in the breakfast room - even an honesty box system for getting water, soft drinks, etc. |

The hotel was in a beautiful building, the rooms had a lot of character and the location was amazing. Very friendly staff and good value for money. There was only one bathroom with one toilet for all the rooms that didnt have bathrooms to share - we found it was quiet and usually free but might be good to go for a room that has its own shower and toilet. |

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Location wasn't too great. It's not close from the train station, where it's better to walk around. You have to take two buses from there (and on Saturday's one of the buses doesn't run). But it is close to the airport. It really depends on what you're looking for and if you have a car, the location doesn't really matter. |

The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Very nice building. The fact that we had to share the toilet bothered me at first, but once we saw how clean it was it was no problem at all. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends Breakfast was soso. A lot of steps, no elevator |

Staff helpfull, 2 blocks from the Plaza la segnoria. Nice Breakfast. Is quite old but clean. When I said old this means that is from XIV century. You can feel the history in the building. |
