The location is quite good, although since it is a lively neighbourhood (and the room was located above the bar), it can get pretty noisy. We did not mind, and could sleep well. The breakfast was simple: croissant + coffee + Orange juice but sufficient for me. The room was nothing special, but we didn't expect a palace for the price we paid.
The room could have been slightly cleaner. As I mentioned, a bit of noise in the evening, but that was OK.
Staff really helpful. Room really comfortable and a fantastic shower x The area was great and our view was brilliant x Would definitely stay again. Thanks x
Great location in the heart of Trastevere close to shops restaurants and all the sights. Really nice cafe for breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast in nearby cafe was very nice. Selection of croissants and coffee
The shower was disappointing and there was some noise from cafe below at night.
Style of rooms and friendly staff. Quirky cafe for breakfast was an added bonus.
Nothing in this category! All good
Most places of interest are within walking distance.
It was a bit unusual that after having arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m., we had to make an international call to get inside.
The situation in Trastevere, decoration of rooms
There was no electicity when we arrived. but this was not their fault. Due to the charming restaurant downstairs, it was a bit loud until 2 o'clock in the morning.
Excellent location for food, shopping and sightseeing. Old fashioned rooms in old residence so some character. Very helpful staff.
Silly things like the wrong plug/socket for the kettle. Initial difficulty to contact the concierge on arrival.
Friendly staff, charming room and building, lovely free breakfast, excellent location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
For a grown-up couple without children and wants to live in a downtown Roma atomospher like us, this appartment lodging is the best.Francesco ,the owner was really helpful gave us a lot of useful informations.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very good in the midle of Trastevere with a lot of interesting restaurants around.
Breakfast is no aligned with the expectation of the hotel and the paid price.
Nice location, friendly staff.
Taking a shower produces a small flood in the bathroom. Water not draining fron the bath tuc. No warm water at the sink.
It was a good sized room, very comfortable and cleaned daily. The location was great, close to all of the main sites. The breakfast was a nice bonus too! All in all, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful city!
Feel at home especially with the caring owners who personally attend to the guests.
Trastevere is a nice neighborhood, but it is a bit out of the way for seeing the sights. The public transportation isn't very good. The hotel seemed incredibly expensive for what we got, but I guess Rome is expensive all over. The breakfast that was included was minimal, one croissant, one hot drink and one juice.
Breakfast was great!
Not as central as we hoped and we struggled to find it.
The location in Trastevere was great. Close enough to walk into the city, but just slightly away from the chaos. They gave us an excellent recommendation for a Trattoria for dinner. The room was comfortable and stylish.
Nothing bad to say really. The room was smallish and we paid more than elsewhere on our trip around Italy, but this is Rome after all.
The style of the decor.
Economy neon lightbulbs, cheap toilettries, fridge not plugged in, furnishings were cheap Ikea, there was no service, no-one available at all. We knocked, we phoned, we left notes, but no-one even wanted to check us out or receive the keys from us. The breakfast in the cafe next door was horrible (one hot drink, one industrially-produced pastry and one glass of fruit flavoured drink instead of juice). We felt ripped off. These people do the absolute minimum for their guests, making us feel like they simply didn't care.
locale walk anywhere, sweet breakfast, elevator cool! front desk man was laid back n accomodating.
In a good location. Only a short walk to the tram-stop for the No.8 tram which takes you right into the city. Room clean and tidy. Helpful, friendly staff.
Room was at the rear of the building; window opening onto a small courtyard surrounded by tall buildings.
Wifi was excellent, we had access to a court yard which was a bit messy but good to have this access. This place is in a really excellent part of town. It's quiet but has loads of great restaurants, bars and shops with reasonable prices and quality food. Rooms serviced daily was great, tea and coffee making facilities. The host gave us a really detailed map with great info on where to visit and what to see. This was excellent to have and very much appreciated.
Air con made loud cracking noises in the early hours, also there sounded like an industrial laundry next door. It was tolerable.
Comfortable and Clean. The room was perfect for two. Air conditioning works perfectly, even on super hot days. The free coffee and croissant is really nice. Their cappuccino is delightful.
Love Trastevere, all the small cafe, restaurant and shops around you. Walking distanse to everything you have to see.
WiFi is not working very good.
In rome trastevere is the best location to stay Staff is very helpfull
The location was great - so many restaurants to choose from. The breakfast that was included was a great start to our day. This was my first trip to Italy and to Rome - great location - we walked to most of the sites we wanted to see.
