we booked this hotel but didn't actually stay there, they were over-booked and we got an upgrade to another hotel they own 800m down the road, Grand Hotel Cadenabbia, which was a 4-star hotel, with no extra charge, we enjoyed that. Excellent room, excellent hotel, we got a room with a beautiful terrace and the view was breath-taking! |

Great location - beautiful views of the Lake and right on the main street with lots of great restaurants, shopping and attractions Breakfast - the buffet was large but looked dirtly and not well presented. |

close to ferry & bus stops, reception staff were helpful dining staff were glum, tired room decor, tiny pool compared to no. of guests, mattress needed replacing, broken sink, cigarette burn on bed cover. |

The location, the service and the breakfast. The price was 40 euros different for 2 separate nights. I booked one night about 2 months before the other due to organising my schedule but felt thoroughly dissatisfied that the price could change so much. The cheaper price felt much more appropriate for the quality of the hotel and it's furnishings. On the first night, we were woken in morning with every footstep from room above sqeaking the floorboards above - annoying. |

liked and loved the view of the lake It was very noisy!! I did not sleep the two nights i was there, I complained about the noise at 12 30 am... it was still going on well into the early hours. spoke with the recption night staff and told it was a group of students who were with their teacher. did not think I was given the best of attention to the problem. this ruined my weekend break, will not use the hotel again. |

It was in an centrel location on Lake Como.and close to a number of attractions It was tired and very shabby and extrememely noisy with no adequate sound proofing, there was no heating or air conditioning in our room. The bed was similar to a rollaway(the head board was a queen the rollaway a double) and the pillow(only one per person) hard and flat. There was a group of Italian teenagers who ran riot over 2 evenings. |

Le petit déjeuner, mais à part ca, hotel à fuir absolument. Les points négatifs sont pléthores : bruyant, pas de climatisation, et la lumière du couloir donnant dans la chambre. Pour ceux qui n'ont pas besoin de veilleuse pour la nuit et qui accessoirement connaissent quelques difficultés à dormir dans un four à 40 degrès près d'une route passagère, nous déconseillons vivement cet hotel. Pour les amoureux de la nuit blanche, cet hôtel est pour vous (je précise juste que la nuit blanche coûte 95€ par soir). Horrible hotel : no air conditionner, noisy and corridor light passing through the wall of the room. For those who expect to sleep, to find another hotel. |

Reservation a cet hotel mais finalement logé au grand Hotel la Cannabia a 800m (meme proprio mais 4* et pour le tarif prévu) , hotel separe du lac juste par la rue ( mais les fenetres assurent une totale insonorisation) , chambre au 3eme avec superbe vue , petit balcon face au lac..tres grand lit et clim... Buffet petit dej magnifique au 5eme etage avec terrasse et vue sur le lac... Excellent et superbe... A la difference de l'hotel Bazzoni il y a un parking. |

Die Lage gleich am Ufer, gegenüber Schiffsanlegestelle, Nachbarschaft zur Villa Carlotta Die Duschen sind viel zu eng. Es war auch nicht möglich, länger als eine halbe Minute zu duschen, weil das Wasser dann kochend heiß wird. Besonders negativ: Zum Frühstück gibt es keinen Kaffee aus der Küche, sondern nur Kaffee aus einem Automaten, der absolut ungenießbar ist, bitter, muffig und 10 Jahre abgestanden schmeckt. |
