Everything except for ...see negatives

The ventilation in the bathroom (room1)was broken and each time when turn on was doing an annoying noice (n loud). Hot water in the shower-insufficient flow and had to wait awhile before it came hot- not very practical Internet was crashing down everytime. Impossible to keep a skype conversation for more then a minute. Impossible to navigate internet too for more then 3 minutes.

Very nice and clean room. Very close to Ottaviano metro station. The bed was perfect for a good sleep. Breakfast was good (could be better) and Nikoleta from the stuff very helpfull.

The Hotel is in perfect location, easy to find walking distance, 3min to metro and bus,5min to Vatican gates. 6Min to high street shopping district and 10 min to the river bridge and St. Angelo's Castillo. Hop on sightseeing busses just around the corner of Vatican gates. Newly refurbished and clean, modern decorated, stylish, free toiletries , good quality. The breakfast is real value for money. Staff very friendly but you will see them only in mornings. You have privet keys and can enter any time. Very convenient. The building is on the street but the rooms are positioned in to the court yard which makes the rooms really quiet. They are only 4 rooms per floor apartment and it feels very privet. Best pizzerias just around the corner of the main street. Go local really good food, testy, big portions and good prices.20-25 Eu for 2 with glass of bear or wine. When in Rome Do as Romans :):)

The building in which the hotel is situated is very old and people still leave there which feel like you are in a hostel. The lift is 100 years old, very small only for 2 people. Old metal doors. From the lift you enter directly to an apartment with 4 rooms and a small office.There is no reception or waiting area and no staff can be found during the day or evenings. The breakfast is served in the room on specific hour only between 8-10 a clock. The room service is the same hours as the breakfast, so wile you having the breakfast they are cleaning the next door room. The noises from vacuum and cleaners mobiles can be annoying when wanting to have a quiet breakfast in the room.The internet is free but very bad connection and did not worked most of the days. The walls have no isolation and you can hear every time someone comes in the next room ,or uses the lift ,or bathroom, or watching tv, or doing something else. The tv screen is the seize of lap top only Italian programs and no translator. The check out is very early at 10 in the morning which is not specified in the bookings. The tax of eu 2 per person per night will be charged on to of your booking. Be prepared if you have a budget. The area is very touristic which makes it spot for pick pocketing. Be aware when walking around and in public transport , metro, bus.

Proximity to Vatican, inexpensive

Awkward access after business hours. Facility consists of several rooms subdividing an area on one floor of a building, well protected by locked gates and doors, and staff present to answer the bell only during limited hours. Owner/manager apparently was there when we expected to arrive, but weather delayed our flight by several hours, and we were greeted by cold and quiet. O/M responded in about 10 minutes to a phone call to the posted number, and was very accommodating, but being cold and 'homeless' until we made that contact was disturbing. Problem would be solved by knowledge of the above circumstances, of course - a call from the airport with our new arrival time would surely have earned us a quick welcome.

la posizione ottima vicino al Vaticano , in una zona di città molto bella, silenziosa e particolare. la camera era raffinata e curata con buongusto, dettagli compresi, ottima la colazione al mattino

Pulizia e vicinanza ai luoghi e monumenti!

Nella colazione non è compreso caffè e cappuccio!

Posizione ottima soprattutto per visitare San Pietro/Musei Vaticani. Camera piccola ma con tutto ciò che serve e confortevole. Colazione in camera varia e abbondante. Ottima accoglienza da parte della signora Nicoleta.

Per il tipo di struttura bisogna sperare che gli altri occupanti non siano rumorosi. Essendo in vacanza non è comunque un grosso disagio.

per essere ottimo qualche piccola manutenzione al miscelatore della doccia.

camera pulita e abbastanza grande.ottimo servizio colazione che veniva servita in camera con una vasta scelta.

camere poco insonorizzate, non proprio in centro però poco distante dalla metro. per far scendere l'acqua calda della doccia bisognava aspettare un pò e nel bagno non c'era il bidet!

Ein kleines bisschen mehr Wasser aus der Dusche mit einem neuen Duschkopf wäre nicht schlecht- das würde aus gut ein sehr gut machen!

Номер современный ,чистый.Все необходимое есть. Очень поразил обильный вкусный завтрак ( омлет с беконом, свежевыжатый сок из красных апельсинов, свежие круассаны,свежие тосты, булочки, сырная и колбасная нарезки,сухофрукты, кофе и т.п)Такого завтрака не было и в 4* отелях в Риме, к которых мы останавливались.

понравились, прежде всего, красивые номера, игра света и серых цветов это замечательная идея! понравился завтрак, в отличии от других гостиниц здесь просто замечательный завтрак и очень объемный, мы ни не смогли доесть все до конца. в номерах хорошая звукоизоляция. замечательное расположение почти у ватикана, да и до любой известной достопримечательности пешком 10-50 минут не больше, мы посмотрели все! и метро, кстати говоря очень близко. так же, поблизости есть много недорогих и приятных кафешек, в некоторых можно даже пообедать 20 евро на двоих. на улице оттавиано есть, пожалуй, самые дешевые магазинчики со скидками. мы благодарны персоналу отеля за гостеприимство и прекрасную работу, франческа и николетта спасибо вам. замечательный отель, если поедем в рим еще раз, то только сюда! я рад, что так угадал, когда искал отель!

La limpiadora amable y comprensible.

En primer lugar, la llegada al hotel es terrorífica porque tienes que pasar por unos pasillos y escaleras muy viejos, deteriorados y oscuros. En segundo lugar, las fotos subidas en booking, no se asemejan para nada a la cruda realidad ya que son mucho mas pequeñas y sombrías. Y por ultimo, la falta de comprensión por parte de la propietaria del b&b por motivos que no quiero expresar aquí a su persona. En definitiva, no sera un lugar para hospedarme nunca mas en mis futuras visitas por la bella Roma.

L'Ottimo rapporto Qualità/Prezzo, la posizione perfetta, vicino a San Pietro e comunque anche al centro, l'ottima colazione e la pulizia della camera nonché il confort.

L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Rome. On a également apprécié le petit déjeuner très copieux, la propreté de l'établissement et la gentillesse de la femme de ménage!

Notre chambre donnait sur un patio qui était en travaux, avec malheureusement la perceuse comme réveil à 7h30!!

Nice Breakfast, nice choice. This is definitely a plus point.

Almost no exterior light in our room, bedding like a trampoline.

Colazione ottima e abbondante con vasta scelta di dolci e salato. La signora che si occupava delle pulizie e della colazione è stata gentile e molto disponibile.

L'esterno dovrebbe essere ristrutturato, si presenta piuttosto fatiscente.

Appartement was superschoon. Ontbijt was zeker een pluspunt. Locatie ook top.

Verwarming maakte een hinderlijk tikgeluid, maar wij hebben het uitgezet. Tv was ook niet erg bruikbaar.

wifi nn ha mai funzionato, camere poco insonorizzate , camera con finestra sul cortile e per questo dava poca luminosità alla stanza.

Mancano piccoli accessori in bagno, ma di grande utilità. Manca il pagamento con carta

Good location, very close to a central subway station. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast!

The reception is not 24 hrs, there should had been a required check in hours registration when book the room.
