Staff were very welcoming and friendly! Very helpful and easy to get into the centr of Verona via bus. They also provide a shuttle service for 15 euro whenever you need it. Stunning surroundings. A wonderful place to relax.

The people was very friendly, the apartment was almost new and with a lot of very nice elements that made the stay even more comfortable. The TV sets are not located in the best place to offer a good image.

We got very convenient family room which was more like 2-bedroom apartment with kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids. Hotel is located in the countryside close to lake Garda, also very convenient for families with young children as there is new entertainment park Gardaland nearby as well as safari zoo.

Staff was very accommodating, allowing us check-in much earlier then it was supposed to be. The apartment was pretty large, extremely clean with a great bathroom and an excellent kitchen. Highly recomended.

We were travelling from Manchester to Crete by Van, and were extremely tired when we got there. As it was December the local restaurants weren't open so lovely Lady who owns the bb called her friend who came down and cooked us a very authentic Italian Dinner. It was very special as was the Chef the owner and her daughter. The rooms are very beautiful and immaculate, her eye for detail is outstanding, and I have spent the main part of my career as a Hotel Manager. We wish them all the best and hope to return in the Summer when the gardens will be absolutely stunning. The drive down to the bb is steep and wasn't easy in a large van.

The room is designed with good taste, new, and comfortable (there is kitchen, which we didn't use). there is a good restaurant about 3 km from the hotel, and a nice pub about 200 meters. There is a bus station near by to get to the center of the city. Great stuff. It is not in the center of the city. There is a bus station near by, but we were told that the last bus arrives to the hotel on 8pm. If you have car, the place is really perfect.

Really good price. The room was big and clean with own kitchen. Hostess Olga was friendly and helpful. The Bathroom was a little small and there wasnt stand. Water was in beginning cold, then warm and then quite quickly again cold. It was difficult take a shower.

Perfect location of apartment for the visit of Verona. Suitable for families traveling by car - only several minutes to Verona centre, free of charge parking place, close to shopping mall and to the Lago di Garda. Very pleasant and nice staff, no problem with communication in English. Everything was clean there. The room is smaller than it looks on figures and the description: "Each apartment features a spacious living area with TV and radio, plus a fully equipped kitchen." The room is not so big and there is only a kitchenette cabinet there.

Very far away from the city, 10 Kms!Only a few buses to the town and a big confusion with the timetables. No buses after 20 hours. If you don't have car ...you stay at home!

This is a recently renovated country style property, which was comfortable for a family of five. It is near to a good grocery store. The unit is actually the only rental in a building which are occupied by other people, so it's a bit awkward going in and out. There is no appropriate space for children to play as the property is on a tiny but fairly busy road, and it's not clear whether the green space behind the unit is common or not. The unit managers/owners live in the next unit, so privacy is non-existent. The unit is about half way between Lake Garda and Verona, so not really in a useful location.

The room was a great size, even came with a kitchenette. Quiet. We were only able to pay in cash, and when we did she at first said she was unable to make change. A hotel should be ready for anything. Also, its not close to Verona Centrale at all. The cheapest way in is by their shuttle which is €15 one way, which is a great deal considering a taxi there from the train was almost €30.

Dall'arrivo alla partenza ci si sente come a casa propria; ambiente rilassante, proprietaria simpatica e disponibilissima, appartamento pulito e spazioso. Ci ritornero' con mia moglie Nulla, e' il classico soggiorno da ricordare
