The staff were helpful and supplied me with an iron for my clothes. They also completed my check-out efficiently, even though all I did was drop my key at the desk and ran (I was running late)
I found the room overheated upon first arrival at 4pm. The hostess turned off the radiators, but warned me to turn them back on later! This I never did, for my whole 2 day stay. The air conditioner indicated the room was at 26°C,(in December) unhealthy for sleeping or anything! The air conditioner, however, did not work, so I couldn't cool the room that way. There was one window, at ground floor level, but not protected by security bars. Difficult for a single woman to sleep with a window like that open, difficult to sleep in an overheated room. The pillow was very hard.
Great location, and nice furnishings. And they didn't get mad that I slept an hour past checkout time haha
only negative thing was the bed hurt my back, besides that it was great
Location for night life
Shower was wrongly situated in the bath.
Well located budget hotel with recently refurbished rooms. Superbly clean, good facilities and quiet communal buildings. Located one block away from the Navigli canal area, on 2 tram routes (route 3 closed/diverted during my stay due to nearby canal and road maintenance). The hotel was great for coming back from work and nipping out to the lively Navigli area for a bite to eat.
Take note that the reception closes at 9pm, so no checkins can take place after this. It is mentioned on the booking, but take note. There is a chargeable shuttle service which can meet you at the airport with your room keys if you are late (by arrangement).
A lot of noise in the morning
Beds very comfortable, good facilities and clean towels every day.
Noise levels too high, seat directly outside our room where people smoked and spoke loudly until sometimes 3am. Could hear every word from the reception, through the wallnext door.
It was really close to Navigli and the Via porta Ticinese that has nice shops. Friendly staff who are also very helpful.
We had an attic room in this "widespread hotel" which looks more like a real apartment than a proper hotel. Everything was beand new and in a very romantic atmosphere. The hotel is closed to the famous Navigli district, centre of summer nightlife and aperitivos in Milan. Tram Stop nr. 3 is two min. walk and allows you to easily reach the Duomo. Metro Porta Genova 10 min walk, which offers a good connection to the airport.
It was a rainy week end and from the bathroom came a persistent drain smell. Hotel staff is aware of that and they told us they're trying to do their best to minimize it but apparently it depends from the drainage network.
It was very clean, everything was new and very comfortable bed and pillows! Staff were helpful and it was quite easy to get around from here :)
Mainly the only issue was no heating... when we read that it had air con we assumed like most places that meant cooling and heating but we were informed after our arrival that it is only cooling... so perhaps you could make this clearer in your description :)
Nice room, clean and in a relative good location.
There is no breakfast :(
the room the furniture the position in the city the price
some facilities weren't working (jacuzzi was out of order, nobody was there to fix it or explain); the room was smelling bad.
It is located in navigli area, it is a room independent and it has everything you need!
friendly staff nice green area inside
rooms are not clean enough strong smell of smoke in non smoking room (bathroom)
If you like the Navigli part of town, the BB has a great location. It is close to many bars and restaurants.
perfect location nice hotel ; ..second night fully booked i moved to aparthotel navigli nearest the canal perfect too.
Great location near the canals and just up the road from my favorite pub La Belle Alliance, clean and comfortable and good value. Will look out for this place next time i visit Milan. Tram stop at the end of the street.
Not really a problem, but just a bit confusing when you first arrive as you have to use the intercom to contact reception so they can let you in. With the building being set back in a court yard you have to look out for the name plaque on the wall next to the large iron gate. Coming and going once checked in was not a problem as your room key card also opens the entrance gate.
Nice rooms, close to city center, good bars in vicinity. Staff is pleasant.
Reception open from 8am till 9pm. Only at that time you can take your car out from the garage! One room had a bad smell - somewhere in between sewage and kitchen smells.
Extremely comfy bed & nice looks to the place
Location. Navigli is round the corner. Spacious room and bathroom.
Third time Staying here. I like the loft so much. Also very close to shopping place, convenient transportation .
Nice and clean, yard.
There should be info, that twn beds could be on diffrent level:)
Staffs were nice.
Services must be improved
nice furniture, good beds
the Windows were at floor Level and very small! very loud outside in the courtyard; can't sleep with open window! cleaning Lady makes noise between 4 - 6 am as the waste collection takes place
