Position. Helpfull staff.
The hotel located at the center. You can walk to everywhere around the city. They have great hospitalty and they are so helpfull. Rooms have balcony.
Rooms are not so nice. Breakfast is not so good.
Just the location.
The room was old and very uncomfortable. We could not sleep due to bed bugs bitting us all night long. This was the worst place I have stayed ,ever.I do not recommend this place to any one.
Liked the quirky blow up images of paintings used as the headboard in the rooms as well as dining area
I am gluten intollerant and they organised breakfast specially for me which i was very happy with.
There was only a bed sheet so i found it very cold at night as i am used to sleeping with a duvet. I resorted to turning on the heater but this is not my preference. I did not ask if they had extra blankets though, so this may be an option.
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jodie and James
The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and were very considerate for us, especially Chiara and Anca, thank you!
Only the bathrooms were a bit tight, a bit too narrow, also the step down from the shower could be a little dangerous for anyone with a balance issue.
The staff, the location, good breakfast. The young lady on reception was so helpful and friendly.
The rooms are clean. The bedding is comfotable. The breakfast has many choices. The wifi worked well. The staff was superb. They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage after check out.
The rooms are small.
Location, nice staff
Awful creepy lift, tiny bedroom, reception looks like an untidy solicitors office from 1958, Wifi didn't work despite 3 routers, breakfast not served until 8.00am, air conditioners in room need a serious service - sound like a hovercraft. Shutters on windows neither close nor open so you keep banging into them......wouldn't go back
top location. at the piazza Repubblica. Could walk to all the sights.
Florence is an expensive city
Location is excellent. Room decor is decent. Staff friendly enough. Bed is comfortable.
Room very small and dark even with lights on and curtains open. Bathroom is super cramped and ugly. Looks like some kind of cheap truck stop motel bathroom. Slightly unclean even. I had to literally step over the toilet to enter the narrow shower. I paid less for a much nicer hotel 10 minutes away walking. I only stayed here one night because I booked the nicer place far in advance and decided to come earlier to Florence but couldn't get another night in the nice place for the same rate I booked early on.
Convenient location, good service, comfortable accomodation. Ciara was very helpful.
Breakfast was descent. In front of square. Walking distance to Duomo. Center ally located.
Saw two cockroaches. Shower the size of a R.V. Trailor. Old dirty bedspread. T.V. Did not function. WiFi extremely spotty, only worked the first half day. Old smell in room with no view. Very old (not antique) furniture. Owner not very welcoming. Not sure how it has gotten high reviews as this is the first time in my life to give bad review.
Shower was tiny. Wifi was very bad. Too expensive
Staff excellent at all times Informal friendly and low key but also very efficient and accommodating
Great location - central to the city
No parking although they will call parking service. Not always someone on staff so you need to pre-coordinate.
This is a great property right in the heart of Florence. It is clean, modern, has very helpful staff and is in the best location. I would definitely recommend this property as value for money and right in the heart of the action. Would stay again.
Fabulous location. Comfortable and clean. Will definitely return and recommend to others!
Only one mirror in the room with four women sharing.
We visited multiple countries during our trip and this was by far the best hotel/B&B that we stayed in. Chiara at the front desk was so helpful, professional, and kind. The location is perfect and central to most attractions. The staff is friendly. Breakfast options were good. The room (#2) was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
I have no complaints about our stay.
Staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful with information and advice. Location was great - right in the centre of the main city area with easy access to pretty much all of the main museums, churches, sites, etc. Free wifi was useful. Fridge also appreciated.
Room and bathroom were fairly ordinary for the (quite expensive) price. We had a room without a balcony. Those with balconies were better.
A great location - central to everything. Knowledgable and helpful staff, great overall value.
