Švaru, tvarkinga, kambarys didelis yra viskas ko reikia pernakvoti prieš skrydį. Šeimininkas malonus, paslaugus, netoli autobusų sustojimas, traukinių stotis.

Labai prasta garso izoliacija. Girdisi ne tik gatvės triukšmas, bet ir kaip kaimynai maudosi, bei eina į tualetą.

It was not clear on the Booking website that this is not a hotel, and there are no services. Just a simple room. Since there is not even a sign outside, it was hard to find.

Owner showed up once called and was nice. The pizzaria underneath is fantastic! The shuttle around the corner will take you to Ciampino Airport for 1,20.

Difficult to locate, no staff onsite, hard bed, cold w/no ability to turn up heat, have to sit sideways on the toilet, noisy upstairs & office next door. Long way from the airport (but there is nothing by the airport)

The location is amazing: 5 minutes from the train station in Ciampino (which offers good connection to Rome Central Train Station - it's a 15 min trip, 1.5 Euro ticket and the trains run every 20 min or so). It's also 10 min away from Ciampino airport (you can take a bus to the airport in front of the train station). The room is very clean and cosy, the bathroom is very clean and they change your towels very often. The hotel is actually an appartment which was transformed into 2 hotel rooms, which means you need to contact the owners and let them know when you arrive, so that they can give you the key (they have an office at the location, but they're not there 24/7). They are very friendly and warm, they speak English and they can recommend you places to eat in Ciampino or other tips and tricks in the city. There is a supermarket 2 min away from the location and a family-owned restaurant in the same building with the appartment (Re' Artu'). The food there is amazing and the prices are very OK. They open at 6pm.

I loved our stay at Adriatic Room, I can't say anything was missing. Maybe one thing which might bother some travellers is that the walls are very thin and you can hear the guests in the other room or the owners in their office if they speak a little loud. But it's not really bothering.

Very nice & helpful staff person, room was very clean, nice design, close to the ciampino Airport (but you need to get a cab, cannot use public transportation from Airport to this location) but it is a 10 minute cab ride, so it only costs $20 euros.

We chose Adriatic Room 1 for an overnight stay following our arrival at Rome (Ciampino) Airport before continuing our journey to Naples. The local bus dropped us at the railway station from where we had a couple of minutes' walk. It seems that the apartment owners let two bedrooms while living in the remaining space so there are no communal areas. The room was quiet and served its purpose well. No breakfast was served but the owner directed us to a small pasticeria, a few metres away, where we enjoyed good coffee and croissants. Likewise there is a restaurant next door which, although uninspiring in some respects, served a decent Roman style pizza. Frequent trains from the nearby station make the short trip to Roma Termini so this could be used as an economical base from which to explore Rome.

Is near the station if u know how to find and if you want to save money on hotel you can consider cos is only 15mins away from Rome

Close to the airport, shuttle bus, train station, very clean, friendly staff. Perfect for overnight stay if you have flight from ciampino airport.

Very nice owners, clean room, good location (15 minutes to the center of Rome by train), possibility of free parking a couple of blocks away. Best choice for this price.

We liked everything, just the soundproofing could be better.

We recently used Adriatic Room 1 for a one night stopover in Ciampino, and we were delighted with it! Literally across the road from the Train station where the airport bus stops, this accommodation could hardly be more convieniently positioned. It was spotlessly clean, had a simple but well designed interior and the owner was charming. Email communication prior to our arrival was polite and our late check-in was facilitated with a minimum of fuss. It suited our needs brilliantly and didn't break the bank!! We will certainly use this room again.

Although the address was clear and easily found, the Adriatic Rooms are just that...rooms in someone's house! So don't go looking for a Hotel or B&B sign. The room and ensuite was nicely presented and equipped with everything you would need for a stopover, except a kettle for a cuppa!

πολύ περιποιημένα και πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια - πλήρως ανακαινισμένα σαν καινούργια, ο σιδηροδρομικός σταθμός για την πόλη και το λεωφορείο για το αεροδρόμιο (απέχει 4 χλμ) είναι ακριβώς δίπλα!! το παράθυρο βλέπει σε ένα πολύ όμορφο κήπο και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός (πρόκειται για ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια) τέλειο για τη διαμονή στη ρώμη καθώς το τρένο είναι πολύ συχνό,κάνει 15 λεπτά και δεν κοστίζει

το λεωφορείο από το αεροδρόμιο για το χωριο ciampino που είναι τα δωμάτια δεν έχει πάρα πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια (αν το χάσεις μπορεί να περιμένεις 1-2 ώρες) . ακόμη το τελευταίο τρένο από ρώμη για ciampino είναι 11.20 το βράδυ και το βραδυνό ταξί είναι ασύμφορο, επομένως ή νοικιάζεις όχημα ή δε βγαίνεις βράδυ στη ρώμη (το ciampino δεν έχει τίποτε το βράδυ)

L'accueil du propriétaire et la propreté des lieux.

Chambre des propres et correcte pour le prix. Pour vous y rendre utilisz la ligne de bus 2 à l’aéroport, vous descendrez au premier arrêt qui est la gare de Ciampino. (1,4€) prenez la rue face à la gare. Lors de votre arrivée sélectionnez la sonnette adriatica srl au numéro 26, le propriétaire n’habitant pas sur place si vous n’avez pas de réponse téléphonez lui il arrivera quelques instants plus tard. La proximité de la gare (100m) est un atout pour vous rendre à Rome. Il y a de nombreux trains qui vous conduisent à Termini en 15 min. (1.5€) Pas de problème pour le petit déjeuner vous trouverez quelques établissements à moins de 100m. Je vous conseille celui se trouvant face à la gare (avec une petite terrasse grillagée) Pour les repas, un petit restaurant se trouve juste à côté de l’hôtel les pizzas sont excellentes pour le reste … ! Dans la chambre se trouve des cartes d’autres restaurants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et vous donne de nombreux renseignements. N’oubliez pas de lui demander le code pour avoir accès au wifi internet qui est très performant.

La proximité de la gare et de l aéroport.

Que l 'hotel ne soit pas indiqué et qu il n y ait pas d enseigne. En fait c 'est un immeuble d habitation ou les chambres sont sur un étage. Mais quand on arrive la nuit c'est un peu bizarre.

La totale mancanza di insonorizzazione fra le stanze. Si sentivano distintamente persino gli interruttori della luce.

Ottima pulizia, Posizione eccellente (a due passi dalla stazione di ciampino), Prezzo abbastanza buono, WI-FI gratuito!

Insonorizzazione delle stanze scarsa, durante la notte si poteva essere svegliati dai rumori dei "vicini di camera".

Buona la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria di Ciampino ed all'aeroporto, stanza spaziosa ed abbastanza accogliente, staff molto disponibile e cortese

Il bidet non è presente e la doccia era isolata dal bagno con una tenda un po sporca alla base

Pratico per chi deve spostarsi e sopratutto per chi ha bisogno di trascorrere una notte a Ciampino per prendere un aereo il giorno dopo (sopratutto per la mattina presto). E' la seconda volta che pernottiamo qui per tale esigenza e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Il dover uscire dall'hotel non solo per fare la prima colazione ma anche per prendere un caffe'

Pokoje urządzone w nowoczesnym stylu. Mieszkanie oddalone zaledwie 2-3 minuty pieszo od dworca kolejowego Ciampino. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Pozdrawiam

Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars, na hele dag regen, stond de verwarming al aan, lag er een haardroger, en een extra deken klaar in de schone verzorgde kamer. Deze eigenaar biedt geen maaltijden aan, maar dit is geheel geen gemis, verschillende bars voor koffie met lekkers, en eetgelegenheden heel dicht bij. Openbaar vervoer op 3 min wandelen, (Rome en luchthaven in 15 min bereikbaar)

De kamers zijn wat gehorig, met rustige gasten geen probleem, en de matras was voor ons persoonlijk nog al hard.

Wij hebben deze verblijfplaats gebruikt als tussenstop voor ons bezoek aan Rome, gezien we pas laat in de avond aankwamen. Ook op onze terugreis vanuit Rome hebben we deze plaats gekozen. De kamer was kraaknet met afzonderlijk badkamertje. Een aanrader om hier even uit te rusten bij de heen en terugreis. De bus vanaf de luchthaven stopt aan het station van Ciampino (tarief 1.20 €) en Adriatic room is er op 100 meter van gelegen<. Voor jongere reizigers is dit eveneens een aanvaardbare uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezoeken. In 15 minuten ben je in Rome. Een dagticket kost 3.30 en je kan er alle richtingen mee uit zo kan je 100 den kilometers afleggen in de directe omgeving en Rome bezoeken.

Ottima sistemazione, pulita confortevole e ben attrezzata. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. ( ci ha aspettato fino alle 23.30 di sera per darci le chiavi) Wi-fi gratuito e parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo, stazione e mezzi comodi.

Il check out era alle 11 ma ci hanno fatto andare via un'ora prima perchè arrivava un gruppo di russi a 12.00. Le persone che abitano sopra alle stanze sono molto rumorose. Non è un hotel è un appartamento nel quale vengono affittate le stanze quindi non rifanno la stanza tutti I giorni. Ci sono comunque asciugamani e coperte a volontà.
