Beautful peaceful setting with lovely swimming pool. Short distance from Lucca. Excellent friendly hosts, make you feel at home, and are very helpfull and accomodating. The B&B is close to 2 good local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

There is only one thing missing in Villa Pardi and that is air conditioning,

english and dutch speaking owners. great old mansion

This was the second year we stayed for a week at Villa Pardi and it was again a fabulous experience to be treated by the hosts as if we are close family. So much warmth we have never before experienced in a hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pardi. Nice and beatiful rooms with plenty of space. Excellent breakfast accompanied by the nice and sweet owner. We enjoyed the beautiful old villa, the garden and the great pool. Villa Pardi is excellent placed only 30 minutes from Pisa and 15 minutes from the astonishing old city of Lucca. Thanks to Villa Pardi from all of us

A truly warm welcome as we arrived. Lovely Italian family running the hotel, very helpful, kind, friendly and speak fluent English. Very relaxed and easy going atmosphere so we felt very comfortable there. The villa itself is beautifully grand (the home of a former Contessa), very well restored with high, painted ceilings, original tiled floors, lovely garden etc. Every room is uniquely painted and a different colour, although the furnishings are similar. The annexe part adjacent to the house (where we stayed) is in keeping with the house and all rooms have a well equipped kitchen and views over farmland. However, if you do not need a kitchen, I would recommend staying in the rooms in the house. There is a path running behind the house where you can walk through the farmland up to the little village on a hill, so quaint. We were given fresh fruit every morning from the garden, which is full of fruit trees and vegetables and beautifully cared for. We were really made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The nearest big town is the walled town of Lucca which is a 10 minute drive away. We went into Lucca nearly every night for dinner followed by a walk around the wall which you must do as it's absolutely lovely, with loads to see. Lucca is in our opinion, one of the nicest towns in Tuscany and has a good atmosphere and good restaurants. Villa Pardi is one of the places you stay in where you know that you will definitely go back. We miss Mamma and Cinzia already.

The only negative thing I would say is that the shower was too weak and the temperature wasn't constant, so if somebody turned the tap on in the sink, the water would go hot.

Slordig, niet schoonmaken voor de tweede dag. Kamer was erg basic. Ontbijt was slecht. Erg lawaaierig slecht licht in de kamer en erg ongezellig.

De hartelijke ontvangst door moeder en dochter. Je voelt je meteen thuis, alles kan en niets moet sfeer! Heerlijk! Dochter heeft veel tips, en ze spreekt nederlands. Moeder spreekt italiaans nederlands, heerlijk, een echte Mama! De villa is prachtig, ruim, en wordt stukje bij beetje opgeknapt. Mooie orginele wandschilderingen. Je proeft de sfeer van weleer...heerlijk zwembad erbij. Kort bij Lucca. Lekkere italiaanse restaurants op loopafstand.

De sfeer, de bijzondere Villa, de gastvrijheid, het prachtige zwembad. Het heerlijke ontbijt Echt alles was voortreffelijk. Maar vooral de eigenaren. Niets is teveel.

De huiselijke sfeer was geweldig. De mensen zijn zeer gastvrij, lief en aardig. Het volede als een warm thuis. We kregen veel tips en adviezen. De ligging is erg goed om vanuit villa Pardi de steden Pisa, Lucca en Florence te gaan bezoeken. Een prachtig groot zwembad maakt het geheel compleet. De familie spreekt meerdere talen waaronder nederlands. Een echte aanrader.
