Near piazza Navona, lots of great Trattorias around. Sabrina was really gentle.

Wi-fi didn't work in the room. Really expensive to be a luxury b&b . compared to other I have stayed. You can't really take a shower cause there is thing broken so you have to kind of sir down in the jacuzzi to shower and then reading old reviews I saw they had already put this comment and they still don't fix it! This was he most expensive hotel of my whole trip in Europe compared to price/ quality.

A great place to start and end your day in busy Rome. You can find a few quiet moments in the area around the hotel but still the convenience of being close to everything. Having breakfast provided at the cafe across the street starts your day in a local way. Also, it was great to have a few gelato shops next door at the bottom of the steps!

There are stairs leading up to the door so pack light! I wasn't expecting stairs so that's the only reason I found this a negative. Also, it was helpful to email the hotel directly before arriving in Rome to get clear directions to tell taxi drivers or on which bus line to take to help you find the building.

Location was lovely. A little far from the main public transport lines but we didn't mind the walk. Very quiet with plenty of great places to eat drink and shop. The balcony was great and got a lot of sun throughout the morning and afternoon. We were also happy with the breakfast provided at the cafe nearby, included with our stay. Some of the best coffee we had in Rome!

    Nothing. It was perfect.

Loved the area and the decor of the apartment, gorgeous balcony views and beautiful bedroom. Amazing ice cream shop nearby! Very helpful staff.

Only downside was breakfast was only a coffee and a croissant, and croissants not available on one if the days! But easy to find another cafe nearby. Needed ear plugs as seagulls noisy in the morning!

Space, Room and sense of privacy. Really good deal for the money

The location was terrible. On the way back from the Restaurant the concierge gave me the wrong street number and I simply could not find the right apartment door anymore. I was trying every single door in the pouring rain on that street until I found the right one. Really ruined a perfect day in Rome.

Nice staff. Very kind. The balcony was nice. The location is definitely the best asset. The nearby restaurants were great. I really enjoyed the cafe where we ate our breakfast. The meal was small though. A croissant is definitely not enough for a solid breakfast. I think they need to improve the breakfasts offered.

Very poor internet service. We needed it to organize our stay and could not use our computers/phones, as needed. We would have appreciated a warning about this. The staff kindly said later that the quality of the internet services were not great in Rome. However, if we knew that we could at least go into the lobby to use the internet, that would have GREATLY helped us upon our arrival. We had to text the contact, at our own expense, and that was not convenient. They need to have an ironing board and iron (that works) available for business travellers and for other travellers who need to iron clothing. The staff was accommodating, but had not board and just an iron that had some previous damage (but was still workable. They didn't want us to use the broken one, but I had no alternative).

The location is perfect. Near everywhere in Rome.(intra muros) It's not noisy although it is located in the very heart of rome. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Even for a single room, who are small of course, there was not enough space to store all your items. No space for luggage f. ex. You are unfortunately able to hear every spoken word in a range of 10 meters around your roomentrance.

Room was modern. En suite was modern. Air conditioning was very good. Sheets and towels changed regularly. Dressing gown and slippers/toiletries supplied. Fabulous sunny terrace with great view of nearby church dome. Loved the church bells which were not intrusive. Handy tea/coffee facilities and dining area. Breakfast shop nearby. Lovely nearby streets and area. SO CLOSE TO TOURIST SITES AND VATICAN Friendly staff.

Maybe a chair in the room, though one from dining area could have been borrowed. Sink in en suite took ages to drain away. The climb up to the apartment was challenging, but the terrace made it well worthwhile. Not easy to find. Although it's an apartment there is no cooking facility....though to be honest who wants to cook while in Rome!!

The location is the best thing about this B&B..

I got the family room, it was fine for my 4 family members, BUT... The jacuzzi was dirty! Mud inside! We asked for cleaning with no answer..

Excellent location, great restaurants/bars/cafés, beautiful surroundings and walking distance to most sights. Piazza Fico around the corner turned out to be our favorite spot in the city. Breakfast was at a small local cafe, which suited us perfectly. Staff was nice and helpful. Almost felt like having your own apartment.

No elevator, not a problem for us but good to know.

Great location in central Rome and very tasteful interior decoration. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, the tea and coffee making facilities seemed to be a bit neglected and the "breakfast" in the nearby cafe consisted of only one drink and 1 dry croissant, which was not very impressive.

Location is fabulous! Near Piazza Navona, in a cute neighborhood. The girls at reception were super nice and very helpful. For 50 €, the room even had slippers and a bathrobe! Very good design. The wi-fi signal in the room could be stronger.

Appreciated warm reception and comfortable, clean room at a good rate. Wonderful location though a bit tricky to find.

The one thing I would most of liked to change was the lack of soundproofing. Something like a drier in a room/restaurant bathroom nearby whined on and off all night and voices of other guests were loud. Earplugs can be used though.
