From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful, Particularly Marianna. Great location near all the attractions. Could honestly not fault anything, it was perfect for a romantic weekend away.

Breakfast only consisted of a coffee and crosaint
Centrally located near all the sites.Decor of the apartment was most impressive.Bigger than any hotel room.We upgraded to an apartment and it was well worth it.

No elevator and the height of each floor and rises is high. So reaching the 4 floor several times in a day is a hard task.
renovated Building, located in an authentic street of Rome, with an excellent location

I was totally happy with the accomodation.
5 minutes walk to Angle's Castle, 5 minutes walk to Plaza Navona, 8 minutes walk to the Pantheon, 10 minutes walk to St.Peter, Central Location at it's best! I have been Asket by the accomodation about my arrival time upfront, so it was no problem that there is no permanent reception.

We had the hotel order a taxi that never came, so we walked 200 meters(!) and found 20 waiting in line. This tip should be useful.
The Location is great: Don't underestimate not spending time for transport in the morning. Service was also very good and fast: e.g. light bulbs were changed immediately.

The cleanliness of bathrooms is rather average, however the design of rooms is sooo stylish and cozy!! Some rooms might be rather small but it´s never been an issue to me. Wi-Fi access can get difficult at times.
If you have the opportunity, just stay here! I have stayed in many places in Rome but this location is by far the best of all. Via dei Coronari street must be the most romantic street in Rome. (You´ll find it in almost any movie) It´s 300 m from Pizza Navona (the centre of it all) and 300 m from the Angel´s castle (Gate to Vatican) Luxury Rooms Navona are far from traffic noise, there are no cars, it takes minutes to walk to all major sights. There´s the best gelato place in town just downstairs and the best coffee place in town where you´ll be served your breakfast. If you´ve got this far, just book your stay here. You won´t regret.

The walls are full of smudges from the suitcases over the years... Full of them, what is more I found a couple of bugs in the storage space of the bed and when I told the "receptionist" she told me thats its normal! Finally you can hear everyhing in the hotel as it has terrible soundproof
The location is great, next to piazza navona, you can walk everywhere. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated with a modern bathroom

Could not find any English channels on TV
Location was good, all the sights we wanted to see were in walking distance. Our own terrace was good and there was no one on the terrace next door at the same time, the terrace would not be private if both were being used at the same time.

The staff was very helpful and nice.：） The room is excellent well designed as shown in pic

WE even cant sleep in this place. We received the day before in the confirmation email there was nothing about reception. This hotel is not an hotel because there is no reception at all! We stay at the door (horrible entrance dirty and noisy) 2 hours between 19h to 21h and nobody respond to us. We had to find another hotel and pay it. The man of this " luxury place" bdb is very agressive and even we couldnt enter, he charged our credit card he told by phone. I never see that before. Its not an hotel! Building very dirty that's why there is not picture from outside!Other thing: access impossible by car. All is a lye.
The situation is in historic place, something not dificult in Roma...

Reception not always manned and breakfast vouchers not left every day.
Gorgeous modern room and facilities. Great breakfast and perfect location.

Both Mariano and Sabrina went out of their way to help me with my travel plans which had been a BIG problem, caused by Alitalia and Montenegro Airlines. I have literally traveled the world and would recommend BDB unconditionally!

The wifi in our room was not working properly everyday. The choice of breakfast items was very limited.
The ambience and the staff were welcoming. Perfect location and very clean

I expected the terrace to be more private. The barrier between the two terraces was very skimpy. It would be an easy fix to make it more private. It was a bit disappointing us being a young couple and having to stare at parents and kids on the terrace next door. Made the featured terrace less usable. Also, the cleaning person left my makeup and toiletries bags in the bidet. It was a clean bidet, but...ew. Like in most hotels, you can leave your baggage at the hotel after you've checked out, if your flight isn't until later. I just didn't feel comfortable leaving our bags in the middle of the main reception area for the whole day. It would have made me feel more at ease for the hotel to lock it in a closet.
The hotel and the guest apartment were simply beautiful and everything I hoped for. Being a New Yorker, I'm not put off by four flights of stairs, but I could see how some people could be. However, once you wind your way up the 800-year-old building to the guest apartment, and you see the modern glass stairs built on top of the historic old stairs, and it's a wow factor that makes the climb all worth it. The rest of the apartment has this same feel too. You get to experience a stay in old Rome but with all clean, modern renovations. Also, I loved that the room was in a building mixed with local residents. Very cool touch.

Just brilliant . In a nice part of Rome

Wi-fi didn't work in the room. Really expensive to be a luxury b&b . compared to other I have stayed. You can't really take a shower cause there is thing broken so you have to kind of sir down in the jacuzzi to shower and then reading old reviews I saw they had already put this comment and they still don't fix it! This was he most expensive hotel of my whole trip in Europe compared to price/ quality.
Near piazza Navona, lots of great Trattorias around. Sabrina was really gentle.

There are stairs leading up to the door so pack light! I wasn't expecting stairs so that's the only reason I found this a negative. Also, it was helpful to email the hotel directly before arriving in Rome to get clear directions to tell taxi drivers or on which bus line to take to help you find the building.
A great place to start and end your day in busy Rome. You can find a few quiet moments in the area around the hotel but still the convenience of being close to everything. Having breakfast provided at the cafe across the street starts your day in a local way. Also, it was great to have a few gelato shops next door at the bottom of the steps!

Nothing. It was perfect.
Location was lovely. A little far from the main public transport lines but we didn't mind the walk. Very quiet with plenty of great places to eat drink and shop. The balcony was great and got a lot of sun throughout the morning and afternoon. We were also happy with the breakfast provided at the cafe nearby, included with our stay. Some of the best coffee we had in Rome!
