Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Nothing was more than a 20 min walk. It was great to be able to stop back at the hotel during the day and not feel as if I was going out of my way. The room was very nice and clean and staff was very friendly. And it may sound silly, but it's the first European shower I've had with actually doors so I was happy to not have to mop up a flood every morning! Great bath products as well.
This is a small boutique hotel and the reception desk is not staffed from midnight to 8am. Doors to the outside are locked during this time and you are given keys to these doors in case you come back after hours. I never came back that late but I left for a very early flight and while I didn't have a problem, I didn't love that there was no one to assist me if my taxi didn't arrive. Also, the breakfast that was included was really just a continental, no buffet and no hot food was offered besides coffee and toast.
The location, the welcome reception when we checked in, the staff, the modern rooms, the service, & the continental breakfast.
Warm welcome with a refreshing drink and time spent giving us a potted history of Florence including the design principles as well as recommending best places to visit and better restaurants to eat at. All helped us to get the most out of our short time in this busy city.
employees are very attentive and incredibly friendly; accommodations are excellent, comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom; Thank you very much Miss Estela and all time.
My room was very close to the reception and made a lot of noise in the morning; the breakfast is very poor and inconsistent with the standard of the hotel and the price
The staff is warm, friendly and excellent.
There are no true windows in the suite, though the room is quite large.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and fast at attending to ourrequests.
No breakfast buffet. We had to order omlettes one day in advance. And wi-fi was poor during late evening hours.
The staff was amazing and made our stay feel special
Very friendly and helpful staff especially Shayan. Nice rooms. Close to everything. Nice and quiet hotel.
Wifi kept getting disconnected. It was hard to find at first.
The location was really central everything within walking distance.. The room was elegant and very comfortable.. the staff were really helpful and professional.
The breakfast was very basic and the entrance from the elevator was not as impressive as the reception area and the rooms.
Check-in was very personalised and not like your usual. Instead they took time to ask me questions and showed me places i wanted to see over a cup of juice. Staffs are very attentive and will do anything for you. Room was awesome with a great view and beautiful Italian styling. I would recommend anyone to stay here and I will come back again.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were excellent and room was beautiful. Great central location. Would definitely return.
I thought the breakfast could be improved. The coffee we were served was not great. Going out was probably a better option.
Each room is dedicated to an artist, so they are all unique. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I can't wait to go back!
We loved this hotel. We have had the personal touch from its staff who each we thank for their attention & attentiveness. My stay coincided with my birthday which was sweetly noticed thanking the hotel for the wine bottle present, and for the dinner reservation on that day.
The breakfast certainly can be improved. If you stay a week like we did you will notice that it is the very same & limited items everyday, which somehow was the only daunting aspect in our stay in this hotel.
Very unique, great location, excellent personal service by high quality staff.
Beautiful room (Junior Suite), attentive caring staff and an incredible location... my only regret is not booking for longer!
Magnificent in every way, but especially so, the calibre of its staff. Their knowledge, professionalism and advice made our time in Florence unforgettable. They truly want to give you the best experience possible. Can't wait to return.
The Staff were so attentive and the attention to detail was great, we ended up booking another night to enjoy the city. We are defiantly booking the apartment next year. Having spent nearly 2 weeks traveling to Greece and back this was by far the nicest location bang in the middle of the city.
My wife chose this hotel based on previous reviews and she was not wrong - beautiful bijou hotel with Fendi furnishings. Centrally located next to the Hard Rock Cafe and ideally situated on the Piazza Republica to reach the Duomo and Uffizzi Gallery and other various tourist attractions Florence has to offer. Entrance is on the 3rd floor but nothing arduous and there is a lift once you have climbed the entrance stairs). Met with a welcome drink and staff who were always attentive and extremely helpful - nothing too much trouble. Room was exquisitely designed, extremely clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was traditional Italian and plentiful. Reception staffed till midnight but given your own keys felt like having your one apartment in central Florence. Absolutely loved it!
Tha staff was extra helpful and friendly . The room was big enough and very clean Special thanks to cheyenne , antonio and the director for the helpful information
Difficult for driver to find, could have better signage. Staff do want and do correct any issues you may have, although a little too hospitable when you are wanting to settle in.
Everything, absolutely love this boutique hotel! We have stayed there now twice in four months and it makes Florence so much more wonderful. Staff is fabulous, facilities are awesome! I have recommended Be-One to three others and they all have the same opinion - FABULOUS!
that we didnt say longer! but will be back next spring!
Best service means very thoughtful and helpful stuff. Location is excellent, although the building is a bit old as every other buildings in Florence, and it is quite difficult to find out where it is. It is actually right next to Hard Rock. Love the design of the room and full of sun light. It is a bit dreamy actually.
Well, while I stayed in Be-One, the Wifi was a bit weak. Was troubled by it as I need to do some work, but they changed my room which has stronger connection. There is not kitchen, meaning the breakfast is just a la cart. Kind of like standard European breakfast. They told me they will have more rooms and kitchen easy by end of this year. So I can't wait to go back!
Breakfast was so insufficient. All the food comes from outside and on the morning we were there some of the food did not arrive and they could not do anything. It was unbelievable. They even did not have a stock in their refrigerator. Very very badly managed breakfast service.
Very friendly staff, making the stay in Florence special I.e. Recommending and booking restaurants of different prizes and type, sharing ideas for walking tours etc. perfect boutique hotel with great location. Fantastic, comfortable room
Everything was fine. To be bit picky breakfast was only Italian style. Rooms were missing kettle and iron
Everything! Especially the people. They were very friendly, funny and helpful. They called almost every single car hire company in Florence for us and got the last car available in town. Rooms are spacious and very elegantly decorated, everything workds luxury hotel standards... Nice books in the library. Definately going back next time in Florence.
