Using the pool. Rooms were supposed to be air conditioned but had a ceiling fan which was insufficient to keep the room cool. Breakfast was ok- orange squash was provided rather than orange juice, coffee was great either. |

The concierge was very helpful with good recommendations for restaurants, local sights and driving directions. They were quick to respond to personal requests. Not all of the rooms are air conditioned. After offering us a roon that was not air conditioned, the hotel quickly agreed to gie us one that was. |

Location Yes, there are busloads of older people that arrive..and they make a lot of noise but the front desk does not locate your room close to theirs and breakfast is in another room. The younger fellow that checked us in was great. Later when I tried to use wifi I was unable to connect.. I asked the two older gentlemen at the desk and they were obviously just there to punch a clock. |

The staff were extremely friendly, happy and helpful. The rooms were very clean,with good facilities. We had a lovely room with a balcony and an excellent view of Lake Maggiore The hot drinks machine in the hotel did not work every morning, it generally produced poor quality drinks, the coffee was particularly bad.The staff were friendly and brought jugs of hot chocolate and coffee when they couldnt fix the machine. This was really disappointing as I really love Italian coffee in the morning. Other than that the breakfast was excellent |

Für 3 Sterne schönes Zimmer und sehr sauber.Zimmer mit Seesicht. Für Biker nicht geeignet, da kein sicherer Einstellplatz vorhanden. Dementsprechend unfreundliche Behandlung vom Senior Chef. Der vermutliche Junior Chef bemühte sich sehr, besten Dank. Frühstück nicht befriedigend, keine frischen Früchte, mageres Buffet. |

Posizione ottima rispetto all'imbarcadero. Cortesia del personale, e completa disponibilità nell'accesso a qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Bene per l'uso free di internet nella wi fi aera. Ideale per visitare le isole Borromeo. In qualche modo l'albergo ha un suo fascino storico. Ottimo il parcheggio privato. Purtroppo la doccia era carente di pressione idraulica, come anche la stanza lo era per l'insonorizzazione acustica. Per il resto ok! |

Sehr gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Zimmer in den Garten sind ruhig und bei sonnigem Wetter nachts nicht so warm. Zimmer mit Blick auf den See sehr, sehr laut wegen der Straße und fehlenden Schallschutzfenstern. Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Auch laut im Haus, da anscheinend viele Busse; zu unserer Zeit bis zu 3 Busse gleichzeitig. Zimmerasustattung alt und verschlissen. |

nur die Lage, und der Pool Junior Suit ist eine Katastrophe, Suit 311 ist direkt neben dem Aufzug, man wird die ganze Nacht gestört und Morgens um 6 fängt es wieder vonvorn an.Das Frühstück ist eine Beleidigung, außer Plastikkäse und Billigschinken gab es nur minderwertige Produkte, keine Eier zum Frühstüch (bei einem Übernachtungspreis von 160.--EUR) |

Fantastische Lage am See, mit Blick direkt auf die borromäischen Inseln und gegenüberliegend auf Verbania. Hübsche Strandpromenade, kein Tourismusüberlauf (im September). Schneller Check In und Check Out. Für Kurzaufenthalte mit vielen Aktivitäten durchaus empfehlenswert. Sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. |

2tes Zimmer gepflegt, mit Balkon schöne aussicht auf den See 1tes. Zimmer zu klein , Lüftung im Bad defekt, Kochdünste im Zimmer. Differenz Geld von dem gebuchten Zimmer (war nicht mehr frei) wurde Rückerstattet (110 - 70= 40€) |

Personnel parlant français pour la plupart, propreté des chambres, piscine neuve, en pleine ville proche du lac. Chambre donnant sur le lac mais aussi sur la route fréquentée longeant le lac ce qui interdit de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, et même fenêtre fermée on profite de la musique alentours et du bruit de la circulation. Personnel soufflant les feuilles mortes le matin à 6h30 et passant l'aspirateur dans la salle pendant le petit déjeuner ! Horaires du petit déjeuner trop tôt, 7h à 9h30, pas de table mise en terrasse. Chambre annoncée lit double mais en fait avec deux lits rapprochés, il est vrai fait comme un lit, mais cela reste deux lits. Salle de bains veillote. |
