Having paid for an hotel right on the beach I was surprised to be charged for sitting on the hotel's deckchairs. I don't remember seeing this mentioned in your brochure/website. |

Rooms are very noisy, no insulation of walls and floors.We could hear the neighbours speaking, walking, watching TV as if they were in our room. |

Very close to the sea. Private parking. Quite helpful stuff. A lot of nice restaurants and bars around (recommended by the receptionists). No air-conditioning! Noise from the street (though we had a side/sea view).Very poor breakfast. |

the room was overlooking the railway with trains passing, no seeview as advertised, only a small window , and very hot, a very bad experience |

Hotel is nicely located right on the beach, little bitt out of the rush of the Alassio center, but only a short stroll from everything. Rooms are simple but nice. I especially can recommend the combination room with a separate small room for our child. Parking on the hotel yard is essential as the street are full of cars. |

Wonderful location, right on the beach, and near bus, Via Augusta, central Alassio. Great to have parking free and on-site. Really nice and helpful staff, and attractive and beautifully decorated public areas. Breakfast a bit limited and unimaginative. |

Personnel peu aimable, menu du soir hors de prix , et nous avons déjeuné seulement à partir de 8h sur une terrasse en plein vent, c'est peu etre agréable en été, mais pas au mois d'octobre |

L'accueil, le service, la propretée, la vue, les chambres, le confort et les services proposés par l'établissement Le bruit nous avons eu une chambre qui donnait sur la route et la voie ferrée même les fenêtres fermées nous avons eu du mal à trouver notre sommeil |

Heel goede ligging van het hotel dicht bij het strand en de winkelstraat. Een minpunt was wel dat de kamers een beetje oud waren een opknapbeurt is hier wel aan te raden |

Das Hotel wirkt sehr gepflegt und ist schön gestaltet im Eingangs- und Aufenthaltsbereich. Das Zimmer war schlicht, zweckmässig und sauber. Das Morgenbuffet hat eine Basis, allerdings ist die Auswahl an Brot eher bescheiden und Eier oder warme Speisen wie Tomaten, Würstchen, Speck etc. hat es nicht. Der Speisesaal bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und mehrheitlich sehr freundlich. |

Der Zugang zum Strand ist super. Die Zimmer sind gut, sehr funktional, bequem und gebraucherfreundlich eingerichtet. Das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, das Haus aber trotzdem nicht allem Lärm ausgesetzt. Parkplatz super. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites, diskretes Personal. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel est très pratique près de la plage près du centre pas besoin d'utilisier la voiture Les chambres avec fenêtre côter route même avec vue partielle sur la mer sont bruyante à cause de la route |

Sans hésitation, la terrasse restaurant pratiquement au bord de mer, le service très avenant et le système parking. Fin du séjour à 10 heures le matin ce qui est tôt pour un endroit de vacances, même si c'est la règle en Italie. La plage est chère: 14€ par jour même si on ne la fréquente que quelques heures, avec un supplément de 6€ pour un lit. |

Brak klimatyzacji może być akceptowalny przy grubych ścianach, przewiewnych pokojach otwartych na morze i przy okiennicach. Nie do zaakceptowania jest brak nawet wentylatora w niektórych pokojach. To jest niezrozumiałe - inwestycja niewielka. W małym pokoju ze stojącym powietrzem jest nie do wytrzymania. Mieliśmy możliwość porównania - kontrast między poszczególnymi pokojami jest ogromny. |

La scelta per questo hotel e' stata che fosse situato sul mare. Di questo hotel ho apprezzato l'eleganza, la pulizia e la tranquillita'. E' sicuramente un hotel adatto a gente educata e non chiassosa con un bel dehors, adatto a persone adulte, ma anche a bambini educati |
