It is separated in two different floors , wifi not working in lower level which five floors far from the the other part of the place , Tiburtina area is really quiet at night and a lot of homeless people are walking around .....

Very close to Tiburtina train and Metro station. Clean room with clean bathroom. Good room service.

The staff could not speak any English. The breakfast was very brief ( but as I was told,it is typical of italy).

It's very nearby the station of Tiburtina not the centraial, not so convenient for the downtown travel. Poor breakfast!

The B&B owner is a kind lady. And the B&B is close to the Tiburtina Railway Station and Metro.

The rooms were very comfortable, very clean, of good size, nice balcony and a good sized bathroom. Ingoring the initial hiccups (see in the negatives), the owner was very friendly and tried very hard to make it up to us by doing all she could do in her means to make us feel comfortable.

We should have taken the consistency of reviews complaining about nobody being present for check-in more seriously! We checked in at 7PM, had already communicated with the owner a day before that we would be checking in between 6:30PM and 8:00PM, yet we were made to wait with our bags for nearly 40 minutes outside the building. The check-in process also took quite a long time as for the first of our four night stay, we weren't provided the room we had paid for and had to agree to taking up a lower quality room (albeit for a negotiated lower price). The breakfast at this place is a joke, and I guess the only reason they have it because it's a bed and breakfast (don't decide on the basis of the breakfast) The booking.com's description of this B&B tends to make a lot of statements that aren't accurate. For instance, safety deposit box are not available in all rooms, can't imagine how you can have luggage storage or room service when the place is not manned at all! Other than the fact that B&B is located close to the Tiburtina station, the location doesn't seem like a nice area, and for a similar price you could easily get a comparable location in the hear of the town (like Via Firenze) No information / maps provided. Stay here only if you are well familiar with Rome. Not suitable for first timers like us.

Friendly staff and great location. Across the street from train station with direct route to the airport and the city. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning.

The host Paolo wa kind enough to assist in our late check in as our flight from paris was delayed . He checked us in quickly and efficiently without fuss. Hotel.strategically located for Tiburtina train,metro and bus stations which perfectly fit our needs. Thank u booking.com for this recommendation. Will not hesitate staying there again.

L’hôtel est à deux pas de la station de métro Tiburtina. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle possède également un joli balcon, très agréable pour prendre le petit-déjeuner, servi dans la chambre. Le personnel est charmant. Recommanderons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

ce n'est pas un hotel!!! immeuble dans un quartier plutot mal famé. beaucoup de sdf qui squattent les trottoirs pas très rassurant quand on rentre le soir!! petit déjeuner nul. très restraint et "croissant" dégueulasse a manger!

Все было хорошо.Чисто,аккуратно, не шумно с улицы.Не очень далеко от города несмотря на все отрицательные отзывы.150 метров от метро и до вокзала Termini 3 остановки всего.Не дорого по срвынению с остальным Римом.Вобщем стоит своих денег.Останавливаться можно!

Крикуны соседи за стеной.Слышимость ужасная.но это нормально для Европы и цены до 100 евро за ночь:-)

Soggiorno perfetto, b&b vicino alla metro e alla stazione, pulito e moderno e con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo... tutto ciò che si desidera quando si cerca una stanza.

la pulizia, la struttura è da poco ristrutturata molto bene. la posizione vicinissima alla metropolitana, zona di periferia ma tutto sommato tranquilla anche di sera.

Tutto secondo le aspettative. Camera matrimoniale molto carina, compreso il bagno. Colazione in camera e personale molto cortese. B&b a pochi metri dalla stazione di Tiburtina.

Bem próximo a estação de trem/metrô (Roma Tiburtina).

Pelo fato de apenas um andar do prédio ser o hotel propriamente dito, as vezes é meio barulhento. Mas se o intuito é apenas um lugar para dormir, considero uma boa pedida, pois acaba sendo melhor que um hostel pelo fato do banheiro ser privativo.
