It was a very good expierence, the staff was very helpful especially since we had a late check in.. The lady came back after hours to attend to us since we got in late and were very greatful for her going out of her way to help us.. The room was very clean, and great breakfast, all the local attractions we were looking for were close by and we were very close to some great places to eat. Accommodations were very good, everything was simply great and we have no complaints. Thank you for making our stay in Rome one to remember and recommend..
*Perfect location *Good for money *Clean *WIFI is perfect *Terrace *Nice decoration *Kitchen
*Sometimes shower dont fluff water for 15 minutes, so you need to wait after 2 min wash! *Toster was not work before it was replaced
-very gracious staff. -good location next to the cipro metro and 5 minutes from the vatican musioum. -big clean rooms with bathroom.
Perfect location metro just 40m away. Conveniet stores restaurants also 50m. There was a Gelato place on just downstairs where I had the best gelato of my entire trip.
-We were given a 20% discount because of the issues that we encountered during our stay.
-No hot water during stay. -Air conditioning did not work well. -Since we had to leave window open to be cool at night, traffic noise was very loud. -Poor directions to the property which took us two hours to find. -Dirty water container on the espresso machine.
Staff was nice. Big room. Internet worked well. Air condition worked. Very close to Cipro metro station and the Vatican state.
It was difficult to find the bed and breakfast. I had to call the staff to be able to check in, took half an hour. The room I had was extremely noisy and faced towards a huge roundabout and busy road. I might as well have been sleeping in the middle of the roundabout. Even with earplugs in it was extremely noisy. There was NO hot water in the shower or sink while I stayed there. I'm not the kind of person to give negative reviews, in fact this is the first time I have done so.
Good location just 1 min walk form metro but very difficult to find
No signs anything for help you to find this place. Very very difficult to find.
Front desk is very friendly and helpful, and the location is very close with subway.
Everything what we expected! The owner was nice and helpful. Recommended good cheap places to eat where locals also dine.
A little bit difficult to find the place.
Position and view were lovely
The locationof the B&B is absolitely central, 1 min walking from metro station and 5 min walking from Vaticano. The room was pretty clean and big.
The owner of the place doesn' t live there and if you need assistance you ahve to call them and wait for them to get there. The breackfast area was clean and new but no instructions for the coffe machine nor kettle was there. The lady seemed annoyed when we asked for some directions and advises.
Very clean and well decorated/furnished rooms. Location is excellent - walking distance to Vatican and seconds from Cipro metro station. Wifi was fast, easy to use and included in room rate. A great relief when traveling in Europe. Lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby.
Difficult to find the place as not clearly signed. Host agreed and said they would update the booking site with better pictures / instructions. After check-in, the hosts are only really reachable by phone - which can be costly unless using local SIM card. Don't expect a proper breakfast - all you'll get is: a piece of bread, some jam, biscuits, coffee, butter, milk, cereals, orange juice - same thing every day with slight varieties in jam or coffee. We ran out of toilet paper and had no idea if we were supposed to buy our own or find some somewhere in the apartment (we tried, but didn't find any) - we should have been advised at checkin. We ended up buying some and finding toilet paper supplied the next day (so our purchase was wasteful). Can be noisy as it is right next to busy roundabout - you will want to keep windows / balcony doors shut. No forks in the kitchen! We found this very odd, as there were knives and other utensils.
Location Massive bed Felt safe leaving belongings Comfortable Friendly staff
No full length mirror in room
