The location of the accommodation is excellent. You are 100 meters from the bus stop that takes you either to the coloseo directly, or to the metro station san giovani, from which you are connected with all the sites you want to visit in Rome. Also you get to the accommodation fairly easy you just take the bus line right outside the termini central station, the bus stop is located imediately on the left hand side when exiting the termini station, next to the trafic light, bus 360 towards the piazza Zama, which is the last station and the station where you should exit, via concordia is 100 m from there. You can buy public transportation ticket on the right hand side, you will see the ticket booths, you would want to purchase the 7 day ticket (24 euro) which include all public transportation. The Papa is in the building without visible signalization, the only thing you should look for is the name on the entrance of the building. The papa is on the 8th floor. The owner is great elderly gentleman Luigi, which made our stay in Rome memorable, he is preparing a great breakfast and let you use kitchen and kitchen appliances, which comes handy if you want to prepare your own coffee or put something in the refrigerator. He will explain you the locations of some of the tourist sites and will help you with the directions how to get there. There is a great restaurant close-by and the supermarket just around the corner, just keep in mind the working hours (8pm). It is clean, and the towels are being changed every day. I highly recommend this place to couples that are not too demanding and on a budget.

    There is no internet.

Great value for money, owner gave good advice and was attentive, location good if you are ok to walk 10/15 mins to metro, very clean.

The owner woke us each morning for breakfast at 8am. We agreed a check out time of 10am on the day we arrived, the owner then asked the next day to change it to 8am, we said 9am but we were woken and asked to leave at 8am, guests had arrived waiting for us to leave. Accommodation was noisy, could hear everything including normal talking in the next room. No WiFi or air conditioning.
