- Head east out of Palermo, on the A19 /E90, heading towards Catania.
- After about 45 km, bear right onto the A19 /E932, heading south-east.
- After about 125 km, bear right onto the E80/ A18/ Messina.
- Merge onto the E45.
- After about 45 km, take the exit to Fiumefreddo.
- Bear right towards Piedimonte Etneo/Linguaglossa/Randazzo.
- Stay on the SS120.
- Turn right just before Cerro, towards Castiglione di Sicilia.
