Score from 26 reviews Good
- Big room - Good price
- It was in a walking distance to city centre but there was no bus or tram connection. Next time I would chose something more close to the centre. - Breakfast basket
Just a normal place to have a nice stay in Florence. Everything was OK! Everyone was friendly, our bed was huge and very comortable. No noise during the night at all.
It is a little bit far from downtown. But if you like walking then it's no problem. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk. Still, that wasn't a problem at all.
Close to train station.
Located on very busy and loud street/highway going into Florence. Difficulty finding manager and getting in when we arrived. Reservation for private bathroom required argument before being honored.
Very clean, easy to find parking
Not that close to central, external bathroom can be used by anyone even tho private, noisy outside, owner lives in building unit above, need to call her or set up meeting time
The bus stop was right at the door. You are at the center of town within minutes. Many cafes and restaurants around the area.
The air conditioner could be a bit cooler.
For Italian standards, great value for money.. the b&b is very nice, very clean and in a good location!
Very poor breakfast..don't count on it to satisfy your morning appetite!
Close to the city center. Our room was clean and specious.
Building is located close to very busy road. Can be a very noisy during the day and night. Air condition do not work properly. Very poor breakfast - small basket with 2 croissants, 2 hard-tacks, small box of jam.
Close to Firenze S.M. Novella, close to the main historical sites - excellent location! We had a nice room with a private external bathroom. Great value for money)
Poor breakfast (croissant + coffee).
Vicinity to train station and city centre, cleanliness.
Bit noisy. Fax beeping at regular intervals during the night.
Location is 5 minutes walk from the SMN station, and thus within 20 minutes from almost any point in the city. Room was clean
Breakfast was poor at best. Included packed croissant, juice and biscuit, and replenished when they clean the room. (So if they don't, you don't have breakfast tomorrow). The place gets loud quite early, so it's OK if you plan to leave at 7 or 8 in the morning, but not so good if you went in a bit late the previous night.
- Close location to the city centre - Friendly owner - Cheap price - Bus stop right out the front
- Bathroom floor wasn't clean (When I wiped the floor with the towel it was dark) - Slow lifts - Hard to open door
With lowest nightly rates for our 10 nights trip to Italy we were not sure what to expect and was surprised with lovely large room and bathroom (ask for Bambino Room), well kept and clean with great filter coffee (self-help).
Felt host was a bit "absent" (most of the time not at B&B) and battled with English.
Close the train station
Floors need a rug or etc.
Takes 15 minutes wak from the station. There is a bus stop outside.
There is not minibar and hair dryer in room. Bad ac. The breakfast is not satisfied .
Spacious room and ensuite bathroom were decorated nicely and very clean. Room serviced every day. Free espresso coffee from Lavassa machine. Only 10 min walk to main train station and 15 min to Duomo.
Loud noise from the Main Street at night, poorly functioning air conditioning made sleeping difficult. Breakfast by European standards. Packaged croissant, cake and coffee. Some more variety would be nice.
We stayed in a room called Pesce and it had lovely decoration and was very clean with own bathroom. I loved the homely feeling of the place and the lady was really friendly. About 15 minute walk to centre which was fine, great for getting to the bus and train station
The air con was apparently working but it was really hot in the room so we didn't get a great night sleep at all so don't expect the air con to cool you down. I experienced this at other hotels in Florence too though!
near to all sightseeing and central station nice and helpful stuff
Very cosy and value for money
The location was great.
There was an external shared bathroom. Parking is nearly impossible.
- very friendly and nice staff - the decoration in room is cute and new. -can leave luggage in there after check out.
-a bit far away from train station
The location is terrific. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable, if basic. Breakfast is OK, but not more than that. Interesting international clientele made for nice breakfast chats, though. Overall, we would definitely consider staying here again.
Street noise could be a bit loud.
Close to the bus and train station.
Road very busy where the accommodation is located. Can be a bit noisy during the night.
Close to station..a clean b&b..comfortable and big room...
Breakfast not satisfactory ...the fact that it's in a building with many other b&bs ...
Totalmente recomendable. I would totally recomend it.
We booked the room with bathroom. the room is clean and comfortable.
the bed is combined with two single bed
