Staff, breakfast variety, Wi-Fi, AC, location, easy access to train station
The location is excelent, right beside one of the doors of the historical center. The room was clean. Staffs are friendly and helpfull. There is no parking but we coud park our car in front of the door of the B&B. I recomend this place.
So near to the walled city center.
Having to look for parking.
Clean and modern facility. Wifi decent. Location was close to the train station and within a 15 min walk of city center
Breakfast was very limited and consisted of mostly stale pastries
Great room and bathroom.
Breakfast could be better. Can have as much as you like but little choice.
This accommodation was small but very clean and the breakfast was very good. It was just across the road from the old city wall. Parking can be a bit of an issue
not having facilities to make a hot drink
Good location 15 minutes away from the centre- great base for exploring Siena. Good breakfast, shower and comfy beds.
The location, the quality of the shower and the bedrom
Breakfest can be better
Location is excellent; Breakfast is excellent; Service is excellent. Parking is free. Very safe and friendly!
Excellent location with very close free parking. Right outside the gate of the old town in siena
Staff, location, cleanliness, close to train station and right at the gate to the city
It was great.
Staff were vey friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking tours. Very close to the entrance portal to Siena.
Although parking is free nearby, finding a space can be a challenge at times.
Location & service. Clean rooms, nice breakfast.
Located just near entrance to old city. Great facilities with courtyard where you could have a drink, relax etc.
We had a car and parking is difficult. First night we parked right outside B & B which was great but this was public parking rest of street is residents parking no parking assigned to hotel. After taking car out for a drive no spots were available we had to park about 1km down the road which was OK but on Tuesdays they sweep the road & all cars must be gone between 7.30 & 10am. We then had to park about 1.5 km away with a climb back to B &B. Think twice before driving to Siena the escalators to train are not far from B&B.
Near the train station, just outside the walls of the old town, 50 meters from the northern gate Camolia.
The breakfast was great and delicious, a lot of varities... Thanks to the owner, he was very attentive to the guests at breakfast. ;)
Too many stairs, we were located on the third floor with no lift and had to carry all the luggages. The room needs refurnishing, noise from outside.
it's located just outside the city walls. you will have to find a free parking space arout the walls, which can be 5-7 mins by feet from the hotel.
Good location, good breakfast, easy walk all around, although Siena itself is a bit tricky to navigate. Nice place.
Staff were helpful, friendly, engaging. The included breakfast had a nice variety of foods (breads, cereals, juices, eggs). Great location as a home base from which to venture out from. 10 - 15 minute walk to either of the transit stations, plenty of things within walking distance.
The TV didn't really work. It had one channel - sometimes; not really an issue, but later in the evening it might have been nice to have something on, even if it was just music.
Great location. Helpful staff. Close to lovely eateries all walking distance.
The place is very clean, there is very good central air in the roons, Staff is friendly. Location is great, very easy to find if you arrive from the train station and right at the entrance of the city historical center.
They don't have 24h reception. This becomes a bit confusing because they need to know the exact time you arrive at the place. We were comming in from Pisa and we weren't sure of the train hours so we had to find a place with wifi to contact them. It was not the case but you might need something during the night so 24h desk is handy. The breakfast was not bad but for what we paid there could be more variety...eggs for example.
The staff has been sociable, nice and willing to help me with regard to every thing I needed.
During the night I heard a bit of noise coming from the street.
Good location and breakfast
Room's next to smoking patio which's very inconvenient for non smokers
Fairly central location and a very good price, considering we were just outside the gate. Lots of places to eat, within a variety of prices. Very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Handy for access to train and bus stations Would definitely go back to this B&B. Just loved Siena . It is truly magical!!!!
