Everything was fine,lovely accommodation in a beautiful setting

Bed & Breakfast Domus Notari i Monreale is a very nice place to be. It is placed in the center of Monreale close to Palermo. We had a very nice room, where the entry to the bath room was by 6-7 steps up directly from the sleeping room. It was very romantic. Everything was perfect. The staff was absolutely very nice and helpful. We had asked for a parking place for our rented car, and one of the staff placed our car in the garage, which was placed in a very small city road just next to our BB. I would never have succeeded that parking, but he did, and he brought our rented car back to us next morning. We visited a pizzeria very close to the BB. It was our first night I Sicily ever, and we got a perfect Sicilian white wine (“Grillo”). Since that dinner, we asked for Grillo white wine every time we had dinner with fish. If we come back to Sicily another time, we will be back on this BB. Knud-Erik Bornhardt, Denmark

Very friendly and helpfull staff Nice room

It is located in the centre of Monreale, easy to reach. The house is old outside, but inside is elegant. The staff is very helpful and nice. The price is reasonable. Nice breakfast, too.

Very helpful hotel staff, parked the car for us in carpark which was a VERY tight squeeze :)

A little difficult to drive to and find

We so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service provided by the staff was outstanding & friendly. Hotel room & bathroom very good, comfortable & clean. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely recommend and return.

Special place with the the feelings of a large establishment... very nice..

Gentilissimi I proprietari che ci hanno accolto tardi la sera. Il B&B é ricavato all'interno di un antico palazzo molto suggestivo. Bella e pulita la stanza, con bagno all'esterno anche se privativo. La wifi funzionava molto bene. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la colazione in terrazza con macedonia fresca.

Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe essere di servire a colazione spremuta d'arancia fresca anziché confezionata visto che ci troviamo in Sicilia.

* parking moest extra worden betaald * we moesten de gang over naar de badkamer

Chambre spacieuse. Parking privé et fermé Petit déjeuner sur terrasse,agréable. Bien placé pour visiter- la cathédrale de Monréale(à deux pas). -Palerme,sans prendre la voiture(un bus fait la liaison Monréale/Palerme AR,bien se renseigner sur les horairesqui varient selon les mois de l'année et les jours de la semaine.ATTENTION,l'arrêt de bus a changé,mais l'ancien panneau est resté:on peut donc attendre longtemps! Se RENSEIGNER,un bus touristique pour visiter Palerme part de Monréale.Mais je ne connais pas le point de départ.

Un couloir sépare la chambre et la salle d'eau privative(c'est un peu gênant pour aller aux toilettes,la nuit).Mais,ce n'est pas non plus un très gros problème. Pas de frigo,dans la chambre:dommage quand il fait chaud.

Acceuil et proprété impeccable, prix modiques.

Les liasons par transport publique avec Palerme sont insuffusantes en nombre, et incomfortables. Mais le B&B est à l'écart des nuisances de la grande ville.

Le prix du parking 10euros par jour

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. De eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam, hielp de auto in het uit de parking te rijden De ligging is uitstekend, in het centrum vlakbij de schitterende Kathedraal én de bakker,we werden wakker met de geur van vers brood. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, heerlijk brood, gebak en taart alles vers gebakken. Wij sliepen in het sfeervolle , historische Domus Notari , dat mooie ruime kamers heeft en dit ligt tegenover palazzo Ducale ( van dezelfde eigenaar ) Dit gebouw heeft een heel andere sfeer want dit is prachtig modern ingericht en hier werd het heerlijke ontbijt op het terras geserveerd. Een aanrader!

établissement très bien situé dans le vieux Monreale, cadre de caractère, petit déjeuner de qualité.

Ottima posizione nel centro di Monreale pur con qualche lieve difficoltà a parcheggiare di giorno. Notevole la cura e il gusto con cui la struttura è arredata con pezzi di antiquariato e mobili antichi, alcuni anche di pregio. Sorprendente la zona colazione, situata nella struttura adiacente, veramente curata e realizzata con gusto.

Mooie kamer, rustige en leuke omgeving. Goed ontbijt. In het centrum van Monreale, vlak bij de dom en een goede busverbinding naar Palermo.

Accueil, serviabilité, propreté, excellent petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Lunica pecca se cosi si vuol dire che se si arriva in macchuina non ce un parcheggio privato dell"hotel dopo del resto e tutto ok

Excellent accueil, très bonne situation dans un bourg très touristique. Avec garage protégé, ce qui en accroît l'intérêt. Même certaines chambres à la décoration un peu désuète sont très confortables et équipées d'une salle de bains, elle, très moderne.

B& B très recommandable.

A deux pas du duomo et parfais pour aller à Palerme en bus pour y éviter la circulation, un accueil gentil et prévenant, un parking privé,

une salle de bains en demi étage avec accès par un escalier aux marches trop hautes.
