Score from 454 reviews Very good
excellent staff ! very good location nice decoration CLEAN
transportation to the hotel WIFI
It's great place, but sometimes it's too noisy because of the train...
The room had a nice balcony, though overlooking a railroad. A water cooler/heater and tea bags were available in public hall, which was quite convenient.
Asian staff, not very skilled in English. Trains are passing just outside the balcony since morning until evening - you get used to them when you sleep, but it's still not very convenient.
Good location:not far from center and railway station, clean, good wifi
Noisy: windows go out to the railway station;we could hear people talking next door, very strange administrator:sometimes was hard to find him in the hotel.
Good location, decent breakfast
Room facing railway track so regular noise disrupting sleep. The manager of the place was nice when i arrived but not very helpful when i wanted to confirm where my room was after I'd been out in Verona for the day. My room had no room number and when i returned I was a little confused as to which room was mine. The manager and his Italian sidekick seemed impatient and frustrated I didn't know where my room was. I had to force them practically to escort me there, not helpful at all. This soured an otherwise pleasant experience.
Nothing get qustions about here. Just recommand. Shared or Own bathroom also you can choose, breakfast is perfect.
Little Hard to use credit or debit card.
clean and cozy room, with tv, ac, room cleaned every day, towels changed daily, good breakfast, nice atmosphere, a nice yard, 10 min walk to the Piaza Bra, close to the train station. a good value for money if you are in town for a few days.
the room was in the attic and we weren't aware of this, there are two bathrooms shared for three rooms. for us it wasn't an issue, the bathrooms are clean and weren't busy at all. The B&B is located near the train station, so you could hear the trains coming and going. It can be an issue for a light sleeper. We had to pay 5 euro a day city taxes (for 2 persons). It wasn't included in the price of the room displayed on booking so come prepared.
Quiet street located close to transportation, short easy walk to main centre. Host Roberto was delightful and very helpful and accommodating. The B&B was exceptionally clean and the guesthouse was beyond our expectations. The furnishings further complimented the quality this place offers. Highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Roberto for a lovely homely experience. Kind regards Joy & Madeleine
Walking distance from train station...
Internet very poor
Beautifully done rooms and good facilities. Light sleepers beware, the main train line runs right behind the property. Easy walking distance from the train station and the simply astonishing sights of Verona.
Windows that open for cooling the room at night. Good breakfasts.
Walls are thin so there was some noise between rooms.
Secure, smart & clean Great base to explore Verona
No towels, 2nd day breakfast didn't quite happen
Good Location Beautiful building Fair price(could have been a littleeee lower) Amazing staff Good Breakfast buffet spread Many reviews suggested that there was this additional train sound but we could easily manage. Our bedroom was located in a good place i guess. You can easily walk to city center.
most of the time staff was available but at times they werent there at the location. Thankfully they were there during check in.
The service for food And water are very good
The daily clean was not proceed normally
clean, stylish and comfy... helpfull staff
loud trains right behind the property
Felt very comfortable here.
Variety of items on the buffet breakfast table.
Though close to the railway station the noise did not affect the quality of sleep. Breakfast was modest, but ok when the coffee machine or toaster were switched on.
A little weird atmosphere, had to wait to be let in the house to check in
nice, big enough, clean and modern rooms
The staff were rude, unreliable and unprofessional. I arrived without notice of the hour of the arrival and one of the staff (maybe the owner – he didn't introduce himself) wasn't welcoming, he just asked me for my passport (I said I had only an ID card - I don't need passport as a EU resident - in my presence he checked on Google Polish membership in the EU) and told the directions to my room. On the day of checking out of the hotel staff forgot to make the breakfast - nothing was to eat. In fact there was nobody from the staff. We wanted to check out but there was no contact with employees through the entire morning (no one picked up the phone). I went round the house calling out anybody (in half an hour my train departed) - nobody answered. In desperation I went to the basement and started knocking on every door – then the owner showed up. He explained that it was not his fault but another employee, and this employee will pay for the last day of our stay as gratification for our problems – 2 days after returning home, the hotel pulled out from my credit card the entire amount only slightly reduced by the missing breakfast.
Ther was no wifi in the room.
The position is very close to The city center and the rail station
A very mediocre accommodation, no parking (just 4 places 200mt away), the trains passing and whistling at about 30 mt from rooms, shared bathroom, no elevator and nobody willing to help you with heavy luggages. Just never again.
It was close to the center. The room was clean.
-We and other customers had to wait for in front of the entrance for a while because the entrance door was locked and the owner didn't show up. -The main entrance smelled musty. And our room smelled too much aromatic for the musty!! It made us sick.... -Althogh I already read that the room is noisy, it was worse than I expected.
In a renovated mansion, this B&B is only 1 km from the Center. Located in a quiet area, the rooms are soundproof. Spacious bed, cute dining room. The breakfast was good.
Please note that the railway stands at 10 meters.
Clean room, private bathroom, free breakfast, fairly close (10 min) to the train station.
The shower spills water all over the place, causing a flood in the bathroom, so be careful, or just don't turn the water on all the way. Very expensive for the type of room. Average breakfast, nothing to write home about.
Not far from train station and 15 minutes walk to the Arena. Continental breakfast was ok. Safe place.
Noise from the train passing early in the morning being so close to the railway. There were a few ants on the bedroom floor, altough it was very clean. Not very good value for money considering we had a shared bathroom. No credit card accepted because of broken machine... No wifi in the room.
