The common room is a good place

There is no lift to the second floor so we were very exhausted to bring up our baggage. The reception girl doesn't help us... She just told "sorry", and told us that there is no wifi inside the room. Some lights cannot be turned on.

The room was cheaply finished and the bathroom stank. The "management" wasn't available in the evenings. Breakfast included,was a coffee and bun!!!!! This was the worst hotel of our two weeks. Even the lights to the stairs were not working in the evening upon returning home. Every other hotel, included breakfast, as a buffet, included fresh fruit,juice,milk,and coffee plus meat,cheese and pastries and eggs.

Decent size rooms, staff were helpful when they were around which was not all the time.

Breakfast included in our room rate was not actually at the B & B but at a cafe around the corner from the B&B. Plumbing system made a very loud noise when flushing the toilet or running water in shower, occasionally in basin as well which meant you couldn't shower late at night without the possibility of waking other guests up as well. I believe the noise was normal for that type of system but it does take you by surprise.

Clean. Pleasant staff. Because we were leaving early in the am (4:30) Estefani gave us a box lunch that evening including a welcome cup of coffee). She also phoned a taxi to have us picked up.

It was on the second floor, so there were lots of stairs to negotiate with our suitcases. (Estefani helped on our arrival, but because of the early hour we were on our own for the departure.) The doors were locked when we arrived (even the outside door to the building). Someone did let us in the foyer.( To be fair the confirmation did ask us to advise of the time of our arrival. For us this wasn't possible.) We had to phone for her to come and she did arrive within 15 minutes. Because she left once we were checked in, there was no assistance of any kind after that.

1)В день нашего приезда сломался бойлер и мы вынуждены были мыться холодной водой, персонал гостиницы вызвал мастера лишь на следующий день, т.к. в день нашего приезда был выходной (1 мая) - по видимому тратить дополнительные деньги на аварийную службу не хотели. 2)Отель в доме на третьем этаже без лифта, вывески никакой-только в подписи к звонку значится название отеля. 3)Не очень удобно расположен - от вокзала идти далековато, до достопримечетельностей тоже.

Цена может быть дешевле, возможно из-за того что покупалось в последний момент, не удалось выбрать более выгодное предложение

駅から少し離れるが、静かなところだった。経営者のイタリア人男性とその妻ウルグアイ人はとても感じの良い- ２人だった。朝食込みで、エコノミープライス- で利用できて 有難かった。 共同スペース、台所には、お湯をわかす電気ポットや冷蔵庫、食器があり、他の客の迷惑にならないという条件- で利用できる。バスタブがあって ヨカッタ。高い天井で、部屋のスペースも広く開放的だった。

マットレスが古いのか、、、ベッドの半分が沈んで 少し寝心地に問題がある。エレベーターはないので、頑張って荷物を運ぼう！

Le sani broyeur très bruyant dans les chambres ainsi que l'absence du personnel lors de notre arrivée (conjoncture hasardeuse ou nous avons failli nous retrouver dans le pétrin)

l'edificio, non essendo di nuova costruzione, necessiterebbe di qualche intervento per rinnovare parti usurate soprattutto nei servizi.

Отеля по указанному адресу не оказалось, хорошо, что нам оставили письмо с новым адресом на улице на почтовом ящике. Новый адрес пришлось искать около часа, с помощью местных жителей. Никакой вывески с названием гостиницы на доме не было. На звоночках прочитали что-то похожее на название нашей гостиницы, позвонили. Нам повезло, мы прибыли на место.

Bir binanın ara katını kullanıyor olması hoşuma gitmedi.

Проживали 3 ночи в сентябре 2012г (6-9 сентября). Необходимо заранее предупредить руководство отеля о времени своего прибытия, т.к. хозяева не живут в нем постоянно. От ж/д вокзала идти минут 15. Нас встретили, дали карту города, рассказали где и что находится. У нас минимальные знания английского) но проблем не возникло вообще! Хозяин объяснял очень простыми, доступными словами). Есть холодильник общий для всех комнат, всегда горячая вода в кулере, чай-кофе-печеньки. Все бесплатно. Завтрак в кафешке в метрах 200 от отеля. На завтрак: круассан+кофе. По воскресеньям это кафе не работает и сами хозяева накрывали стол в отеле. Wi-fi работает очень хорошо.

Расположение отеля. НО в этом мы, конечно, виноваты сами, надо было внимательно читать и разбираться, сколько до центра. Он находится не совсем близко к центру и если уж пришли в номер, то выходить в город желания может уже не оказаться))). Мы бронировали отель оочень рано, где-то в январе 2012г. Сразу же с карты сняли за 1 ночь проживания. В отеле платили за все ночи. Но мы были наслышанны, что эта сумма просто блокируется, а после проживания через какое-то время разблокируется. На данный момент прошло уже достаточно времени после проживания, деньги не вернули. Будем списываться с booking.com или с самим отелем.
