Location near the central station
Very good position and price for Rome, very clean room and bathroon
Very basic furniture. It's not a hotel, nor a bed and breakfast: it's a big apartment transformed into a 4-5 rooms small hotel. The owner comes only when you arrive, so you have to schedule perfectly the time of your arrival. My train was late and he sent me three sms to know if I was coming! On the other hand it has no charme, and you won't have the benefits of a B&B, such as the contact with the owner, the pleasure to stay in a real italian house... So it's a good and clean solution for small budgets but don't expect too much!
The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
There is no 24/7 reception desk, which is inconvenient because you have to carry three keys. The shower is terrible, in the first night was hot as hell, the other 2 nights there was no hot water. Don't recommend.
The environment is very clean and comfortable to live!
-There is no hot water to drink. -It is not convenient to check in and check out, because the ower is always absent in the reception desk.
Room was big and comfortable, toilet is clean, and the hotel location is really close to Termini which is very handy to get to places. Paolo was really helpful, told us where to go and places to eat around the area. Great value for money!
Paolo is very helpful and nice. The room and bathroom were comfortable and is very near Roma Termini Station.
Everything was okay. Even if they do not offer breakfast, there are so many bars in the neaby.
good service high speed wifi, clean tidy, walking distance to termini station.
Single room I stayed was clean and bed comfortable. Wi-fi connection was ok. Bathroom was clean enough. Hotel is very easy to find and close to Termini station and Terravision bus stop - cheapest way to get Fiumicino airport. There are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias next to hotel. Laundry and supermarkets are in 5-minute walk.
It seems that there is a special rank system for the hotels in Rome. Fabulous rank hotel in Rome and the same in Shanghai for instance is a great difference. There was only bedsheet to cover I wish I had kind of blanket, nights in September were not very warm. Bathroom fixtures were bit shabby. Moreover there was a light odor of sewer line. Light in the room was dim. As for small elevator and noise they are not problem of the hotel owner. Hotel is only small part of the building. So the conclusion is Hotel Bed is not bad to stay but it is far from being fabulous.
