The room was quite big and comfortable. In our floor 2 out of 4 toilets did not have toilet papers. Also there is no metro station near by, so reaching the hotel might be a little inconvenient.

Bus stop outside to get to tourist attractions. Small group of drunks seem to make a home in the area outside the hotel.

all the staffs are quite friendly and able to communicate in English. the facilities are good and it is very clean. it's quite hard to find this hotel. the transportation which go to the attraction site is tram, however, during peak hour, it is impossible to get into the tram as the tram is so crowded.

Very helpful personnel. We needed to weak leave at 6:30 and they brought us the breakfast to take with us (croissant and juice) A bit far from the center. You have to take a bus to get to main attractions. Sharing bathrooms is not my thing but they were always clean.

Nice and convenient location to reach all the city. Night life around; small market and restaurants to eat cheaper than in the central area. Friendly personnel, clean and cozy rooms. Breakfast (quite poor, only coffee, juice and sandwich) can be served only from 8.00 and it was always late. Once we half an hour or more..

Via pigneto is a great steet for morning markets, lunch and dinner in the evening. The staff was friendly. No need for subway - there is a bus #81 that goes from to hotel around colosseum and all the way to vatican city The nois from the street was incredible - but I would say it's pretty comon in italy. The blankets were kinda old - feathers were sticking out of them.

Hotel was clean including the shared bathrooms, staff were very friendly and theres a bus stop nearby which takes you to Termini in 15 mins. There is an excellent cafetera on the corner just outside. A street full of restaurants and bars as well. Breakfast is not a winner! Recommend going out to the cafeteria which is excellent. 1 euro a coffee!

The staff are very helpful and nothing seems too much hassle for them, be it directions, maps, recommendations, etc. Also, breakfast is brought to your room each morning at a time that is convenient to you. The B&B is clean and despite the events that occurred, I felt safe when I was inside. My room was situated directly beside the reception (possibly a converted office) which meant throughout the night, if someone buzzed the doorbell to get in, or if someone was registering with the B&B, etc every word and noise was heard. A fight broke out involving two drunk men at 3am because there was no rooms left in the B&B, to which I could hear everything (a little scary); but this is through no fault of the B&B itself. The staff were very apologetic to me and even seemed quite shook up themselves. The B&B can't be blamed for the behavior of the potential guests. Also, I followed the B&B's website (English Version) for directions. DO NOT USE THESE as they brought me to a residence address where no one knew of Pigneto House. Stick to the Italian directions to avoid frustration.

Very reasonable price, breakfast included. Good localization - only 10min by tram to Termini, or 30min walking distance. Quiet area, no problem with sleeping (no noises outside). Few supermarkets on the street (what was really hard to find in the central Rome), same as cafe and restaurants where local Italian eats only. Room was clean - daily room service. Bed linen and towels included in price. Wrong room was waiting for us - we reserved twin room (two separate beds) and after our arrival we've got one bed, we had to wait 2 hours for room changing what was frustrating after the whole trip, as we were quite tired. During two last days hotel had group of German (around 15 boys) who were acting very bad, they were very noisy and we couldn't sleep at night, there were no reaction for that kind of behaviour, it showed me that the hotel personel don't even care that someone is screaming like a crazy after alcohol or something after midnight. They were not alone and hotel personel should've given them a warning sign - that kind of behaviour can't be tolerate!

Staff was supersuper friendly and helping us out, even ordering pizza for us or giving us titles of good Italian movies to watch. The room was cleaned everyday, beds always made nicely. It was totally quiet, no noise, The location is also perfect, only 10 minutes from Termini ts by bus no. 105 (usually full of people). The bus stop is just 50 metres in front of B&B Pigneto. Around there are really nice pubs and places to spend interesting evening among Italians and foreigners. I recommend the pub Mammut Pigneto -- best ever. You have to go along Via del Pigneto and then taking a small bridge, turn left 80 metres. :) B&B Pigneto is truly a perfect place to stay: budget but good and clean.

Excellent value for an expensive city! The rooms are rather large, with free WIFI and a wide screen TV in the room. The breakfast - served in the room! - was very good (rolls, bread, jelly/jam, coffee/tea/milk, corn flakes, butter, and orange or pineapple juice - this one not so tasty, sadly). The spacious bathrooms, one just in front of every room, were kept clean, and fresh towels were given daily. Thank you to the two nice room maids, they were so efficient and helpful! The hotel staff were very polite and also friendly. They also have luggage room for customers. You can check out, leave your luggage there and take it later - before midnight. I liked to find a couple of supermarkets nearby, as well a market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Just some steps in front of the hotel are the 81 or 810 bus line - to the city center and the 105 - to Termini Station. I recommend this place for sure! The bathroom door in the second floor only closed when slammed. Always, a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere!

The staff was very useful, when we needed directions to go in the city. I liked the place from the exterior, mainly the front door. 1 The television doesn't work in all rooms 2 The breakfast is horrible 3 The bathroom is really dirty and there are no bath mats 4 You have only one towel per person and they didn't change it for the 3 nights we were there 5 The piazza generates a lot of noise and the crappy windows don't protect you from it 6 If they ever give you room 101, don't accept it: it's a room just next to the reception, and you will hear the phone ring, loud voices, the doorbell all night My advice is that you are better off finding another hotel even if it costs 10 or 20 euros more

The hotel was easily accessed by the 81 or 810 bus line from the city center or the 105 from Tremini Station. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping us with transportation to the airport, providing a city map, and recommending places to eat/see. The breakfast was adequate (corn flakes, rolls, bread, jelly/jam, coffee/tea/latte machine, and milk). The bathrooms were clean and fresh towels were given daily. The beds weren't very comfortable but acceptable for the price.

very clean, bus at front door short distance to rome termini. interesting area with small market and cafes just across the road, charming old building . breakfast for me was not edible. sugar laden junk food. there was not a thing i could eat. no fresh fruit or any other healthy option. a kitchen with not a utensils or anything else, as bare as mother hubards cupboard. no jug just to make a cup of tea. bathrooms no soap to wash your hands after toilet - no paper handtowels dry them. no bath mat. the place seemed so tight and scabby . the staff smoked in office and it wafted through the hotel. really horrible to go to sleep with the smell. there was a beautiful roof top garden which was off limits as some old loafer was living up there, he appeared at front door with a cigarette hanging out his gob not a good look.the 81 bus was unreliable at night we were unable to get back as it stoped at 22.00 instead of 24.00.
