They are kind and everything is sooo clean.
It very close to street which make it almost impossible to sleep with opened window.
Really Friendly & Helpful Staff, Very Comfortable Bed, Free Wi-Fi , Very Clean throughout. Couple of good bars a 2 minute walk away.
Location isn't good public transport needed or a brisk 30 min walk to the centre of Rome, Only one shower room between three rooms.
I found the wifi strengh really good. Also the price was alright and the stuff was really polite. It was also an interesting neighbourhood with great bars to have a drink and a 24 hour cantine to eat.
The location was fairly okay but we did have trouble with the nightbuses and we had to walk from the termini once. Also the breakfast was a bit cheap.
very nice and helpfull staff, room is big, bus stop very close
windows were to the street so very noisy
friendly staff, great breakfast service to the room, near to the bus stop and tobacco shop,
Location, staff cooperation, and ofcourse room cost
Wifi connection was relly poor
situated with easy links to the centre of Rome- very pleasant staff, nice clean rooms plenty of shared bathrooms(these also being very clean) good breakfast we would use this b and b again
The staff helped us navigate Rome and were really great.
It's in a little less Touristy part of the city but still easy to get to from the Termini and easy to get to other places using public transit
Very good rate price/quality Big room with good light. Bathrooms are separated and common, but there are the same number of bathrooms as rooms on a floor.
Opposite corner of the square with bars and noisy young people in front of them :-).
It was close to some cool bars, and good places to eat. Staff were nice. The bus service provided out the front was great, they went to all the attractions, and to Termini!
The bed was not comfortable, we could feel the springs. The room was really dusty, even the blanket on the bed.
The breakfast were too little... no place to eat in the room.
Staff was very polite Low price Near a busstop
Clean room, good natured staff, nice service.
Too noisy at night. It has nothing to do with the hotel, it is a matter of district.
Nice staff, bathroom shared - but OK (clean & supplied), room clean and all things works. On my next trip will use the hotel again.
1) Hotel does not have a board with name (We cruised around a while until we found it - trust the adress and ring any bell) 2) No wake service needed - ambulance cars do it for you :D
-very clean -nice and helpfull staff -very good breakfast, possible to choose sweet or salty -very good for the price
-noisy street at night, hard to sleep when windows open
Clean rooms Good location - Direct bus from termini
I like my room. It was clean, convenient facilities, bed was clean and neat and I noticed they cleaned the room when we went out of the hotel. Breakfast was on time. Accessibility to bus and tram was good but not the train.
I did not like the shared bathroom, it was not that much clean. Tea in our breakfast was completely cold! uuughhh... and for second day when we wanted to leave to airport it was just take away breakfast before 8.
The hotel stay and location were good. I read many reviews about the hooligans in the adjacent park. We did NOT find any. The hotel staff was very friendly. They even packed up our breakfast for us because we checked out before 6 am.
Please be aware of pickpockets in Rome. We got mugged in Bus 105 the moment we embarked on it right in front of the hotel. But then this is Rome.
the staff are very good and friendly and they even give us a map and help us in finding witch bus to take in order to reach our destination in Rome
Location, cleanliness, breakfast delivered to the room
No soap in bathroom, Cannot even get a glass, No simple cutlery
not very convinient location for visiting Rome
Bus to the train atation (Termini) just in 50 meters. Staff at reception is helpful enough.
Noisy enough, shower is in a good state of repair, no elevator.
Personal was nice and could speak in English. Clean, nice room. You can choose sweet or salt breakfast, not bad. Everything was really good comparing to price, except the bad location.
Location is the main disadvantage. It's comfortable to get to the place by bus and the bus stop is in front of the hotel, however, on foot it's a challenge to reach the place, because it's really far away from the center, even the Termini train station.
At first I was a bit cinic thinking that it is a bed and breakfast, therefore not many expectations, but surprisingly it was nice, staff very friendly and able to speak good English the tariff could have been a bit cheaper but no complaints at all, I definitely would raccomend it.
I would change the procedures regarding the key which has to be left at the reception at all times u have to leave to visit, and if I may I would change the breakfast which should be a bit richer and with real croissant! However amazing experience
great place for great money very clean and nice friendly staff
loud street in the night
