Läget var fantastiskt! Bra rum och bra frukost Kvälls receptionist den 4 november otrevlig ville försöka att få en kopp kaffe morgen därpå kl- 07-00 före vi åkte till tågstatonen.Vi har ingen service natte tid var hans svar. |

Service och personal var jättebra. Frukost utmärkt. Bra centralt läge nära San marco och vaporetta. Rummet var slitet och väldigt litet. TV placerad så att man knappt kunde titta på den från sängen. Lite utrymme för förvaring. Heltäckningsmatta. |

This is our third time at the Bel Sito and we have not found a better place in Venice for the money. The location is great, and right near a vaporetto spot. We always ask for a view of the church. I loved waking up in the morning, opening my windows, looking upon the beautiful church and quaint courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very convenient to all attractions. Decor is NOT fancy or luxurious, but tasteful and authentically Venetian in feeling. The staff is very friendly. Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are small. However, you would have to pay quite a bit more in Italy for more space. The staff is very helpful in recommending restaurants, obtaining information for tours, providing information etc. The breakfast is ample, but not delicious. The cappucino is good. Croissants are good. |

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel is really gorgeous even though it is older. The location was perfect for walking to various shops and San Marco Square. |

Friendly, English speaking staff. Good twin- beds, soft pillows. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location for city trip. The shower was really too small.(room 40) |

Friendly and helpful staff, traditional and cosy feeling in the hotel, good breakfast, central situation near St. Mark's Square. The room was a bit small and there was limited space for clothes. |

We got a wonderful room with 2 windows overlooking the canal. a bridge, and a restauant. It was amazing watching the gondolas going by. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee latte. Best location for a stay in Venice! Staff was sometimes a little standoffish, but overall quite friendly and helpful. |

We enjoyed our stay at the location which easy to reach any-where we wanted to go. As advertised a charming 18th/19th centry hotel yes it was but in need of some refurbishment in some areas.The olde world furniture in our room was beautiful but alass full of dust! which rather spoilt the efect. |

The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was very good Yes The room we were given was not as described on the booking.com form and when we enquired we were told no other rooms were available |

This hotel was very nice, however they advertise air condition but only turn it on in the room if requested at the desk. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer adapter and converter. the night we stayed was a warm night in September 16 2009, when I asked for the air condition I was told it would not be turnd on until the next day. |

Good location, 2 minute walk from Vaporetti No. 1 stop. The hotel is next to a small piazza, very quiet. Our room is facing a beautiful church with view of nice statures. The room was not too small, and very clean. It has a safe, a little fridge. Breakfast was good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Internet connection was available on the ground floor. Hotel's address on Booking.com should be more accurate so it can be located correctly on google map. |
