The seaside view, the quality of staff and good access to most areas of interest. Did not have a fridge in the room and the length of time for shower to heat up. |

Our room overlooked a lovely garden, the sea in the distance and in April the orange blossom perfume was glorious. Very relaxing. |

location, garden, frendly and helpful hotel employees a bad smell from the drainpipe in the bathroom: but perhaps it is a common problem in taormina and not in this hotel only |

Excellent location and views of copast and Etna from garden. Our room was not actually the one we had booked and we didn't have any hot water at all for the three nights we were there, so not a great choice if you like your creature comforts (although not too great a problem in the heat of summer). There is parking but it is very tight and tricky to get in and out. |

Brillian location, with views of Etna and the sea. Staff were all very helpful, going out of their way to help. |

View from public areas is outstanding. A minibar should be added, as cold drinks was only available on request at the reception. No bar or restaurant by the hotel. View obscured by bushes at our terrace, where only two chairs and one sunbed was available for a family of four. |

Superb terrace outside our room (a triple) on which breakfast was laid before we got up, so we opened the doors to find breakfast waiting. How cool was that! We made good use of the loungers on the terrace as well, admiring the wonderful views. At night one could see the lava flows on Mt Etna glowing red. Amazing! Room was comfy, and the shower room was fine. The hotel was very quiet. Although the hotel could produce a drink, this is a place where a minibar would have been a good facility as it is some way from the nearest bar. A few cheerful pictures on the walls would have been an improvement, as would have been some more drawer space. English language TV would also be a simple amenity that should be provided. |
