The breakfast area on the top of the Hotel is Great! The cleaning was really excellent and the furniture of the room is gorgeous! We really had a great time in the hotel. The receptions were not too friendly and the walls are incredible thiny!! |

The decoration and design. Breakfast room (breakfast poor but ok).Very nice bed and pilows.Friendly personel. Close to metro station. Room 2C. Not even one chair, no mirror but only one small in the bathroom (too high). No place to put the baggage. The closet was very small with only 4 valets. Only one bedside table in a double room! No boudoir (I had all my personal thinks in the suitcase for 7 days!) No place to put personal thinks into the bathroom. |

We were in Rome to see the sights so the location was perfect for that. The hotel is located in a residential area but there is shopping nearby. There were lots of good choices for breakfast and things were replenished quickly as they began to dwindle. |

Cleanliness of your room The walls are extremely thin (too, too much noise from other rooms and breakfast room) you cannot sleep and you have to wake up early in the morning. |

From arriving we were warmly greeted and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was lovely and everything was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was located close to the main attractions The only thing would be that the rooms were not adequately sound proofed so you could hear people coming and going, and as we were located next to the breakfast room it meant lie ins were not really feasible. |

The rooms and the decor were very nice. The location was convient..close to subway stop and also ability to walk. The air conditioning was broken..and when asked they said there were wiring problems all week. So we opened a window but it was raining and could here drops on the overhang all night. Felt staff could have been more accomadating. |

It's a great location, and the hotel overall is stylish. good and ample breakfast in a warm breakfast room that becomes a lounge. (The communal dining table is the pool table-there are a number of tables of 2-4 as well) Our room 1D was in the dependence, and we were fine about being away from the main hotel. The room available at the same'similar rate in hotel was very, very small with no room for luggage. the dependece room wasnt large, but definitely had more space. Agree with many previous reviews about limitations: thin walls, noise from contruction in the bldg of the dependence rooms, etc. For Europeans, the rate is a decent value. For Americans, it becomes pricier, and less of a value for money spent. there definitely are maintenance issues that distract from overall experience-cheap and torn shower curtain, etc. |

The look of the place was great. The walls were really thin so it was quite noisy. The concierge wasn't that helpful. The abr wasn't open, nor was the roof terrace properly - yet both are advertised on their site and in the info in your room! |

Metro & bus stops are two mins from the hotel. Very small room with no view but we only slept there so didn't mind. There was some renovation work going on downstairs but we heard no noise before we left at 8.30am for sightseeing. Lots of sights in walking distance and decent shops/coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. I would recommend this hotel. |

The staff were very nice and helpful, nice breakfast plenty variety Staying in a construction site!! Work started early in the morning - smell of buring and dust everywhere continued throughout the day. The walls were very thin and we were staying in the room next to the kitchen heard every single noise in the kitchen / hall / upstairs etc. The walls had numerous area with plaster patches on the walls was in need of a good paint job. |

Helpful staff, nice common room. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the rooms around you. Construction going on downstairs from 8.00am. Small rooms |

We stayed in the dependence part of the hotel as it was cheaper but the room was lovely. The location was excellent, about a 15min walk to the vatican and the hop on/hop off bus. The staff were excellent too, very helpful and spoke good english. |

Clean, modern designs, 10minutes walking distance from St Peters Basilica- perfect!! Nothing at all- totally wonderful though they were extending the hotel so there was work going on but I was happy to see such a lovely hotel getting bigger and better. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to the Vatican and around the corner from the metro.Rooms were excellent and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the building around the corner from the main section of the hotel which really wasn't a problem. |

The airconditioned room was essential for the August Rome heat. Morning cappuccino was great. Wireless internet access for free. The room wasn't completely finished (walls needing paint, bathroom door didn't shut and the refrigerator was not working). Also, the walls were very thin and so we were awakened each morning by the sounds of other rooms and the kitchen nearby. The flat screen TV was small and there were only a few channels. Not that anyone should be watching much TV while in Rome. |
