Great location, friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no bar. Staff recommended the wine bar around the corner which was a bit pricey.

Staff, helpful, close to Metro, breakfast was good, with good choices. Clean facility. In room refrigerator.

we didnt use the hotel limo to and from the airport due to the cost. Hotel limo 55 euro, taxi 30 euro or metro to bus station 3 euro and transfer bus 8 euro (total 11 euro)

The location was ok, close to the metro station.

Room was tired. But for €50 a night, one cannot expect too much. The breakfast staff were a little rude, "everything was too much trouble"

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I quite remember a nice young man, Richard. He helped us a lot and is very patient! Yes, I would surely recommend Beldes Hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful - ham, cheese, eggs, cereal, fruit, toast and coffee. A wonderful start to the day. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It was lovely. It is in a great position just round the corner from the Le Panto Metro station.

With 3 beds in the room there wasn't a lot of space for suitcases. Rome was really warm and the heating was on - it was really hard to sleep until we figured out that we could turn it off and open the window.

Breakfast!

The staff of the hotel changed us from one room to another, and the first one was better, even with the afirmation of the staff that they were changing us to a superior room. The reason for the change, was a flood in the bathroom of the room located beneath our first room, which was really better.

Honestly, this is the worst hotel I stayed in Europe, the pictures posted is totally different from actual. In fact, I didn't stay at this hotel but informed by the hotel staff that what the room I booked need to walk 3 mins to a residence apartment. And the staff told me this is already informed in the wedsite. Imagine you pay the hotel price and ask you to stay somewhere else. Furthermore, I feel this hotel management is using very low grade material for all hotel items, including soak, breakfast , old furnitures, safe box ( the box is small & can carry by a women), lift is 100 hundred years old & need manually operate by the user (haha... This is my first experience...). At last, I checked with neigbouring hotel, the price is cheaper 40€ than this hotel. Finally, I think this so called ´hotel´ is looking for short term business and sure cannot survive in the future if operate in this way.....

The hotel was very well located. It was clean and cute and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich but not exaggerated. We were overall very happy with our stay.

The location was good, it's central, and not far from anything at all.

First off, I booked and confirmed for a Superior Double Room, I arrived at night and was in a hurry to drop off my bags and go to a tour. I was ushered 2 blocks, to a separate building. I thought nothing of it and got back to the room late that night. It was the next day when I realised how small the room was, that it was not the room I had paid for. They put me in an Annex Room, which is significantly smaller and cheaper. When my boyfriend called the hotel, they used the excuse that it was 'a free upgrade'... The Annex rooms are really small. The room I stayed in, the wallpaper had water damage and stains, and was literally bubbling and peeling off the wall in certain parts. The bathroom had an off/stale smell and had a lot of dark dirty spots on the white walls. The only mirror in the actual bedroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, as it had tarnished..a lot. If you wanted to turn on the tv, you had to push all the buttons on the side, as the remote would turn it on, but then it would switch itself back off. I'm really disappointed in how this hotel turned out to be.

It's location

The Hotel is located beside the historical city of Vatican and not far from the city centre. It only took me few minutes by the underground to reach to Termini main train station. The staff were pleasant and ready to help you with all they can to make your stay really enjoyable and nice.

Although the room was convenient for one person as I was travelling alone but however, the room including the bathroom was very tiny. The location of the television was very strange to the extent that I had to sleep in strange position to be able to watch the tv. The tv was hanged on my left hand side next to my face.
