clean room, fresh towels and bedsheets everyday
During my stay wifi is not working.
This is a really good base for sightseeing in romw. Both rooms and staff are great, we have no problmes at all. Stayed in 3D in the annex. Breakfast i good and the expresso machine inthe room is a real bonus. Would stay here again.
Although the localization is excelent, the breakfast was very weak, and the hotel needs reparation, in painting and maintenences .
Good location for most of the sites, just a short walk across the river. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was cleaned immaculately.
There could have been more choices for breakfast
Very friendly and helpful staff! Especially the young Indonesian man (don't remember his name); he was amazing. Rooftop terrace was a bonus
The outdoor area is fantastic
The bed was hard as a rock, the room was tiny, and the shower barely had enough room for child to stand in.
Option to have car pick us up from the airport was lovely. Our flight was late but the driver checked the status. He was there on time. It was a great way to arrive in Rome.
We stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions of the same trip. The location was excellent walkable to the Vatican area and indeed most of the city. Car parking facility which was very useful. Rooms where ok, boutique hotel styling which many would like. The first time we stayed the room was a superior room with a roll top bath etc. however it was somewhat tired, lamp broken, shower broken and sprayed everywhere, brown bath water. However the second time we stayed was a normal room with just a show cubicle and this was absolutely fine.
The breakfasts included were not great very basic continental. But it served its purpose. First room we stayed in was not great and needed a bit of TLC. Usual small city hotel issues, noise, flushing toilets etc.
Hotel was very cute and stylish. Each room was decorated tastefully and uniquely.
I had booked two rooms...one with two twins and one with a queen. I then had gone back to upgrade the queen room to a deluxe for a bit more money. In the end, when we checked in we were given two rooms next to each one, neither was a twin room or a deluxe. So in the end I intentionally paid extra and got nothing in return. When we asked about a twin room we were told there was not one available. That was a bit annoying. Upon checking out, I did notice a single bed bug crawling on the sheets which, needless to say, freaked me out a bit. My friend ended up having some bites. I notified the front desk and they told me they would take care of it.
Staff was amazing and always very helpful. Bed and pillows were actually comfortable compared to many hotels we've stayed in. Location was great and was easy to walk to most places. Random tip to travelers though: I've seen posts about travelers to Italy that are upset about paying a city tax. In Italy (and some other European cities) it is common to have to pay a city tax.
There must have been a ballroom or restaurant or something of the sort above our room because late into the night we'd hear chairs scooting across the floor and it sounded like people tap dancing at one point.
every thing about it.the staff were lovely,& could'nt have been more helpful.I will definitely stay there again if in Rome.
One of the two staff members I met was very nice, the other was not.
The hotel was far off the beaten tourist path in Rome. It was close to a metro station, but not in easy walking distance to many of the attractions, including the Vatican. The finishes were cheap, furniture was shabby, ripped, and the man who showed us to our room used our room key to open more than one room door. We did not feel safe, and left after one night.
Close to the Vatican, shopping and a short walk from other main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous antique lift in the annexe!
Breakfast a bit basic and the hotel could generally do with a wee bit of tlc.
It was close to the subway and walking distance to the Vatican. It was clean and the staff was great.
-near to metro station Lepanto -good location: near both to vatican and the city center -friendly staff -varied and nourishing breakfast
-rooms need small repairs -the tv had only pay-per-view programs
The hotel is well located just on the metro and the staff were helpful in regards to changes in booking, helping us get a taxi for our early morning flight etc.
The hotel is somewhat dilapidated. Gouges on the wall, the top sheet on the bed had a burn(?) stain and the mirror was also quite stained. Nothing unlivable with, but it did give the impression that the place was not well-maintained and that the furnishings were of low quality.
Bed was uncomfortable, paper thin walls you can hear everything.
Hotel interior/Decor Cleanliness Location 10min walk to Vatican 2min walk to Metro Immaculate Bathrooms/Shower
Fittings loose from the walls. 101 cables around the TV Superior suite was VERY Small. Attention to Detail-maintenance could be better, Paint touch ups light bulbs changed etc. TV facilities no option but Sky in English. Staff quiet load in the morning / Doors slamming
Hotel was close to subway station, to shopping street and to some nice restaurants. Very comfortable bed, warm room, high ceilings. Very quiet. Fast wired internet. Red orange juice for breakfast.
Would be nice to have shower with hose, not attached to the ceiling. Breakfast - in general good but some sausages or smth like that, hot meal would be good to add to menu.
Great, decor, very helpful staff
No lobby, noisy guests
