We easily found the hotel and the location is beautiful. We had a lake Garda view and the staff was really helpful. If I went back I would choose the same one. |

Good location near town centre and lake; good rate (through online booking); helpful English speaking staff. Room is quite basic but comfortable enough for short stay. Interior design (carpets, wallpaper) needs work, the place has an overdose of red. AC was ok but small fridge didn't work. |

The location was perfect ..easy to find and very picturesque. The hotel staff were more than helpful with suggestions for where to eat and what to do ..they steered you clear of the tourist traps. Great value ..definately recommend. |

the location of the hotel was excllent , you are right in the heart of the town and everything happens around your hotel, the canal is beautiful the views are wonderful, just brillant. it was the only hotel the our prior expectation were far exceeded when we arrived and stayed. would love to come back sometime that the frig turned off when we left the room, how are we to keep our wine cold :) !!! |

The location and the staff we came in contact with at Reception. They were pleasant, helpful and made us feel very welcome.We already recommended the hotel to friends who stayed there with their three children.They were equally pleased. The breakfast which was an optional extra was very poor and we only opted for it the first morning. |
