The staff were efficient,courteous, professional and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. Food and bar service was good and the breakfasts provided were more than substantial and good quality. The hotel has great views and is in a fantastic location for enjoying the benefits of Lake Garda and the surrounding area. We even jumped on the train at the local station for a direct fast train link to Venice. PERFECT! The only improvement that I could see was that the mattress in the room was exceptionally hard. |

the hotel is located in a quite area and the room size is very good comparing to other hotels in italy , the view was great the resturants closes after 2:30 pm till dinner tim . the AC was not working but they provided us with a small fan , the phone wasnt working, the safety box wasnt working |

The hotel was very clean and the surrounding really great. The location is also very good. The breakfast was very very poor with a very limited choice. During our stay the lift was out of order for three whole days. |

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Genial für Familien mit Kindern. Alles sehr sauber und in Top Zustand. Bis zum Ort ist es zu Fuss defenitiv zu weit zu laufen. |

Prima Hotel op een mooie locatie, mooie kamers en een groot balkon met uitzicht op het Gardameer ,goede parkeergarage die gemakkelijk in het gebruik is, Mooi zwembad, Goede keuken. |

Servicen på hotellet bør bli bedre. Vi klaget på at air condition ikke virket og det vi fikk til svar var at det var ingenting å gjøre med. De skulle utbedre feilen senere. |

Il personale del hotel, receptionist, ristorante, bar, donne delle pulizie, sono stati molto gentili e disponibile. Ho trovato molto utile la sala giochi dei bambini vicino alla sala colazione, per farsi che i genitori si relassino. |
