Location is perfect and with a canal view room you even get some lovely opera singing from the gondolas passing. Staff were super friendly.
Location Size of the room Clean and good size bathroom
We stayed in the apartment. it is bit away from main Hotel. Internet was not working in the all of my 3 days stay Phone was not working.
Location was great. Really close to st. Marks and bridge.
The hotel staff were not friendly or helpful. They acted like we were an inconvenience for trying to check in!
The location was extremely good. The staff is very helpful. The facilities were very clean and attractive. I would recommend this hotel highly.
The bed could have been a just bit more comfortable.
The most we liked was the location of the hotel. The cleaning and maintanence of the room was also excellent.
The price seems to be high. Should keep a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
It's near St mark square !! Beautiful
quiet and clean
poor quality breakfast
Rooms were nice
I fell off the crooked vanity stool and hit my head. I told them about it, no apologies given. We got a new stool and it's crooked too! The desk clerk today didn't seem very helpful about directions.
The room, location.
Breakfast was not ready when it was suppose to be.
Liked the central location, within easy walking distance of all the sights, and amidst lots of eating places.
Location was excellent, not only in relation to the main tourist areas but very easy transfer from the canal arriving and leaving. Staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast more than adequate with plenty of choices. Wonderful to hear gondoliers singing from our room.
Was very luxuriously appointed, with two separate bedrooms and a sitting area. Rich fabrics and high quality linens, towels etc. Beds were very comfortable.
Was a bit dark and the view was a dim (but cool) courtyard with some construction scaffolding. Was very pricey, like most hotels in Venice.
We had a suite in a separate building from the hotel which was excellent , There was a problem with the wifi but the staff fixed within a hour < Great work . The breakfast was great I would book again and recommend
The location of the hotel is excellent the staff were very helpful. The hotel provided a separate breakfast room for the group which was very convenient.
No coffee or tea in the rooms. Small left. The furniture a bit old. AC was all the times on event when you turn it off, in such cases you need to call the reception to adjust the AC control.
Staff on reception was not too cooperative, when I reached venice at 23:30 by train, I called the hotel to guide me but was not guided properly and really had a very hard time to reach the hotel, on reaching the hotel when I tried to lounge my complaint of not guiding me properly. I was told "I am here to give you the rooms and here are your room KEYS"
renovating the flat next door :-(
Sitting and watching gondolas go by whilst you enjoy your breakfast is relaxing and builds up the excitement for when it's your turn! The breakfast choices were good although the hot option could be better; the scrambled eggs looked unappetising. The hotel has a luggage room which is handy for your last day in the city. The location is great. Good shops close by and delicious bakeries where you could get tasty treats and cheap bottles of drink for your day in the city.
Our first experience of breakfast was a hectic one! I think every guest came down at the same time and everything was empty and tables taken. The staff sorted it eventually tho. Check in time of 2pm is a pain, especially when you have been up since 2am and flown over, it would be good to check in and have a snooze or at least dump the luggage. Bumping it around the city with all those bridges and narrow busy streets is tedious! Maybe you could still do this but fully check in later on?
location and quality and the service in breakfast room especially Ms CINZIA she is a helpful & kind and a professional . internet is excellent
the refrigerator does not work well i told them to change it or fix it but they did not . the apartment beside us is up to 6 persons sometimes hear noise . there is no light the entrance it is so dark at night when we use the stairs so we use our flash mobile . it is wide apartment but there is no glass or stove or kettle as a four stars hotel
Clean, well run hotel situated directly between Saint Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, both within 3 minutes walk. A good continental breakfast selection on offer.
A better cooked breakfast could be provided, proper sausages and bacon should be available.
The convenience of the room, the good breakfast, the kindness of the staff and the quality of the bed, all this contribute making Bella Venezia a very pleasant place to stay in
The room is just a bit small. But it is quite OK nevertheless.
Excellent location. Straight from Alilaguna stop at Rialto with no steps to haul bags over. Excellent breakfast. Wide choice and well presented. Bathroom had a wide range of toiletries. The AC worked very well and was quiet.
Breakfast could have been served in a bigger room which was empty for the whole of our stay.
Beautiful central location on gondola canal route, great staff, romantic true Venice experience
Can be a little dificult to find, check your map before you start walking
Very cosy apartment in a central location. Beautiful breakfast included. Staff very helpful.
Great location on canal near Rialto and StMarks. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean hotel with old romantic charm.
Venice hotels are expensive, this one is good, but difficult to find on foot, check a good map, navigate before you start walking.
