Very central and easy to reach. The room was very good, lots of character with roof beams forming an attractive feature. Staff were helpful and friendly. |

Hotel was very central. Close to all the shops and St Marks Square. Room was big and clean. The staff were friendly. Hotel was Air-conditioned therefore kept the Mozzies out. The mozzies in Venice in Summer are a nightmare-Be sure to take a repellent with you.Breakfast was good! Our room was away from the main hotel. I would class the hotel as a 3 Star rather than a 4 Star hotel. If I stayed longer than I weekend, I would prefer to stay somewhere else. Just for a weekend was perfect as we were barely in the Hotel besides sleeping. There were no English tv Channels. But overall, we had a pleasent stay! |

The location was great. Centrally located. Great decor, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends and family. The breakfast room was a little bit small, and we felt like we were getting our food from a closet. |

The localisation of the hotel is very good and it is new and very well kept. The room is quite bid and the bed comfortable for Italian standards. We had some problems with the shower but they were promptly solved. |

Very nice place to visit and stay. The hotel is nicely located to shop and visit venice. A little pricey but it may be the norm in Venice. We would return again. Better directions on how to get to the hotel from the water taxi piers. |

The room had a typical venetian classical style. The hotel was very close to Piazza San Marco and also to the Rialto. It was also surrounded by lots of shopping stores, restaurants and snack-bars. Great location! The room was too small and the hotel didn't appear to be a 4-star one. I payed too much for such an apparently cheap hotel. For the next time I must be aware of such a detail. |

The room overlooked a canal and we could look out at the gondola's going by. I booked a room for four and was not told the one bed was a pull out couch. Very expensive to be sleeping on a pull out couch. |

front desk staff could speak english and were helpful and pleasant. nice to have amenities in the bathroom like slippers, robes, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. breakfast was good. our room supposed to have a king sized bed but had 2 twin beds put together so having that gap in between was uncomfortable. |

The room was rather small for a family, but well renovated, clean & tidy for a hotel in Venice. |

I emailed the hotel proior to our arrival and explained that the visit was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. On arrival we had been upgraded to a room overlooking the charming canal and were goven glasses of champage before our departure. The trip was truly memorable and the staff most helpful. Nowhere to shower if you have a 'later than check out' departure unless you are willing tho pay the 50euro room retatiner. |

Location. Everything was functional, hotel staff very helpful. Stayed in the smaller building, 50 meters from the main building. The space was scarce, bathroom very small, breakfast room tiny, only 5 small tables with 2 chairs each. Luckily, not all the visitors were hungry at the same time. Difficult to find the first time around. |

We stayed Canal side room, where we could see gondora going really close under our window. We could feel atmosphere of Venezia. Location is also very nice, just between Sq. St. Marco and Rialt bridge. |

It's location is perfect, half way between Rialto and St. Mark Square. The room had huge and crazy mosquitos flying all over the place! I had to kill three or four every night before going to sleep. I left one alive the last night and it woke me up at 4.00 am. It took me some time to kill it and then it was difficult to go back to sleep. Mosquitoes shouldn't be a problem in a four star hotel! |

Central location. Room was nice and clean but very small. Since we were not there to stay in our room it was ok. For longer than 1 night I should recommend a bigger room (price will rize). |

The location is perfect - very central. The hotel itself is excellent. Standards both of helpfulness of staff and facilities and cleanliness of rooms were very high indeed. |

A very fine hotel slightly overpriced at £100 for a double room for a night as there are little facilities. The cleanliness of the room We had breakfast in the room as part of the romantice package but there was no table in the room. Nor was there an iron/board in the room or in the hotel, only an ironing service overnight from an external party according to reception. |
