Hotel Bella Venezia  

Very professional and friendly service. My husband and two sons only speak a few words of Italian and the staff were accomodating in the language barrier. Our stay was overnight yet it was very pleasant and enjoyable. One of the better hotels we stayed in Italy on our holiday of 2 weeks. The breakfast was a real buffet and had an excellent choice to choose from compared to the other hotels we had stayed in.

We were a bit disappointed with the view of the canal from our room, we had hoped for more, as we overlooked a small very quiet canal. My sons on the other hand overlooked the other side of the canal and enjoyed their view from their 2 windows.

Location, location again and again. Easy to reach from Rialto Bridge and very easy walking from hotel to St Mark's Square and other wonderful sites. Hotel rooms large and very comfortable. Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast with a vast choice. Throughout our stay in Italy, this was by far our favourite hotel!!

The room was nicely decorated and more modern. Breakfast was included. Close enough to San Marco and shopping.

We had a room for 3 and it had a small not comfortable pull out. The bar in the pull out was in the person's back. They could have had a more comfortable cot or even another single bed would have fit the room.

This hotel was fantastic. I was there with a friend for the Carnevale and we were looking for a hotel that would be close to everything. It is literally 5 minutes from the Rialto bridge. As soon as you walk out of the hotel there are tons of shops and good places to eat. You can catch the water bus by the Rialto bridge to get to San Marco and that is very close especially by water bus but you can also walk there. I also like the hotel had free internet in the lobby. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very accommodating.

My wife and I were in Eurpoe on business and took a 5 day break to Venice. I did the booking on the basis of reviews placed. I was surprised to find my fears unfounded and the hotel met all my requirements. I found it to bbe good value for money with a great breakfast buffet. I recommended this hotel to our friend who joined us for a weekend and got an even better room (double superior). The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our friends arrived late for breakfast. They were more than happy with the room. We stayed during low of season.

Once you work out the Venice rabbit warren, you fast relise this hotel is in the centre of all the action! Hotel staff are great friends ect, good breakfasts very happy with the room, dead quiet at night and thick stone walls you don't hear a thing

Coffee machine is breakfast room uses powdered milk, ask and they will make you and expresso from the bar are.

L'emplacement était top, vue sur le canal depuis la chambre, super. Service impeccable.

Excellent position; close to Rialto Vaporetto stop for transit from Marco Polo airport and close also to St Marks Square. Picturesque canal outlook from our room. Polite and extremely helpful staff. Large, well- furnished and clean room. Good slection of breakfast options.

Close proximity to the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square.

Very near location to Piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge. We can look at small canal outside of room window. Check out time is until 14:00 and so we can stay last day enough.

I booked doble room but extra bed for my child was charged more 100Euro. No explanation in booking.com. And at last in check out, we must pay more 8 Euro. Is this maybe service charge? We must pay extra money 108Euro. I want booking.com to explain before resevation.
