Hotel Bella Venezia is gevestigd in een 16e-eeuws gebouw op 5 minuten lopen van zowel de Rialtobrug als het San Marco-plein. Het hotel heeft elegante kamers met een satelliet-tv. Het ontbijt in het Bella Venezia is een groot buffet met diverse warme en koude gerechten. De lichte eetzaal kijkt uit op de gracht. Het personeel staat 24 uur per dag voor u klaar en helpt u graag met het regelen van kaartjes. De medewerkers kunnen u ook de beste eetgelegenheden aanraden en tochten door Venetië reserveren. Binnen het Bella Venezia vindt u klassiek Venetiaanse decoraties en antieke meubels. De kamer kijken uit op de gracht, de typisch Venetiaanse straten, of de daken. Redelijk hotel met aardige mensen, maar wel erg aan de prijs. Dat is echter een euvel voor het hele centrum van Venetië. Voor de hoge kamerprijzen (twee volwassenen en een kind van acht) vinden wij vierhonderd euro per nacht uiteindelijk wel buiten proportie. De volgende keer proberen we een woning te ruilen met een Venetiaanse familie.

Ga niet slapen in hun 2e vestiging La Palazzo (50 m verderop in een steegje) zeer veel last van alles om je heen (bovenburen, naaste buren met de wasmachine die lek necht uren lijkt te draaien en te centrifugeren) => zeker geen 4 sterren !!! Op vertekdag werd er om 07:00 gene ontbijt geserveerd (een dame bleek ziek te zijn en er stond geen aankondiging in de kleine ontbijtruimte bij La Palazzo). Daarna naar Bellea Venezia zelf gegaan (matig bedienend personeel aan de balie met 3 woorden engels), hier wel ontbijt om 07:00 maar de dame daar had het zo druk en was zo chagrijnig dat effectief pas tregen half 8 alles zo'n beetje klaar stond.

Prima ligging maar... In een annexe van het hotel te worden ondergebracht vind ik niet conform aan het aangebodene ... ik zal niet snel meer via jullie site nog iets boeken .....

ligging uitstekend,kamerinrichting : ok .Onderhouid: zeer goed.inrichting en hygiëne badkamer : zeer goed.logement voldoet aan alle normen.Ontvangst aan de receptie : matig. correct maar ook niet meer dan dat.

The hotel is well located and quiet. I have stayed in numerous 4 stars hotels in as fancy location (London downtown, Hong Kong downtown, Passadena...) and by far, Bella Venezia is the worst. No service whatsoever, no trust (had to pay upfront and even leave an inprint of my amex card). The room was nice in itself, breakfast passable, but man, service! when you pay more than 2k euros for 3 nights, one can expect high quality service not the one we experienced. So definitely not value for money!

The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to San Marco square, and the Rialto bridge. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed and always clean and tidy when we got back from walking around beautiful Venice. The shower was small. Just don't drop the soap!

Location good, Staff unfriendly , breakfast boring, room I had very very small , air-conditioning didn't work , had sleepless nights shower ridiculously small , so did not enjoy our stay , It's a shame as in had stayed last September,with my husband and brought my daugher back ,but this time didn't enjoy it It is expensive for what we got , felt like we put in smallest room because two females. Won't stay or recommend again.

Spacious room Good view on canal and singing gondoliers passing by Friendly staff Free wi-fi and also pc where we could print for free Night portier was not too friendly (unlike good front desk staff during the daytime) Breakfast room is a bit too small but breakfast itself is good

1. I have ordered 2 beds room, however they gave me 1 bad room n301 what is absolutely awful!! Never agree for this room, it's extremely small, with no fresh air! It's not right to give such a disgusting room at 200euro per night! 2. No Internet free. Again it's not a big issue to provide with free wifi for such high price!

Great hotel, was taken to another suite 2 mins away. Very clean staff were great exceeded expectations. Breakfast was delicious, loved coffee machine. Staff at breakfast couldn't do enough.

Staff were excellent - we told them it was my girlfriend's birthday, and the guy sent up a free bottle of Prosecco! It was very nice of them. Also, breakfast was excellent - fantastic choice and selection. Nothing really. Hotel rooms weren't massive, but at this price and location and wouldn't expecting anything bigger really.

Accomodations and hotel lobby area were very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and felt modern. Veiw from our room....308...was the best. Right on the canal. Best breakfast of our trip.

Quiet and neat place. The breakfast was not well prepared,more variety, also on day of checkout we had to leave early and breakfast was very late, 07h00 not ready yet.

I chose this hotel because it looked nice and had good reviews. It was beyond our expectations. It costs a little bit more than some but was beyond worth it. We got the breakfast and it was a very good and large one (especially compared to most in Europe) The staff was amazing (friendly and very accommodating) They have alot of amenities. The hotel can make such a difference for your visit and I would recommend this place. Finding was our only negative thought and that is just how the island si, the hotel can't really change that. Maybe a map directing to the hotel. It is difficult to navigate the island at first(which is when you are looking for your hotel.) This however is not really a downfall of the hotel. It was easy to find once we got the hang of navigating the map/island.

it is very centrally located just in the middle between Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Very close to all amenities - shops, cultural sites, churches, piazzas, etc. It has a very good English & Continental buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff always prepared to reply to all enquiries you put forward to them. They also handed us print outs of bus and ferry schedules complete with pricing. They also gave us certain tips on how to reach certain neighbouring towns. It is a hotel that makes you welcome and feeling at home. Good value for money Nothing to complain about; simply nothing. We really enjoyed every minute spent.

This hotel was fantastic. I was there with a friend for the Carnevale and we were looking for a hotel that would be close to everything. It is literally 5 minutes from the Rialto bridge. As soon as you walk out of the hotel there are tons of shops and good places to eat. You can catch the water bus by the Rialto bridge to get to San Marco and that is very close especially by water bus but you can also walk there. I also like the hotel had free internet in the lobby. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very accommodating.

My wife and I were in Eurpoe on business and took a 5 day break to Venice. I did the booking on the basis of reviews placed. I was surprised to find my fears unfounded and the hotel met all my requirements. I found it to bbe good value for money with a great breakfast buffet. I recommended this hotel to our friend who joined us for a weekend and got an even better room (double superior). The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when our friends arrived late for breakfast. They were more than happy with the room. We stayed during low of season.
