Great breakfast & location. Breakfast is continental, good bread and coffee to order with fresh fruit, bottled water and other usual cereals & condiments. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean modern rooms with a fantastic view. Nice little gym that I didn't have time to use and protected a sun trap on the roof that felt balmy even on an October morning Parking is difficult and hotel parking is not adjacent to the hotel, I don't think that there is anything that this hotel can do about that due to location. |

The room was beautifull. new modern design, very clean. private parking near by was very comfortable. staff was very pleasant and assited with anything we needed including driving directions to our next destination. me and my wife don't understand why it is not rated 3 stars (at least) braekfast was minimal. no eggs or cheese, only coffee juice, toast and cereal. |

location in central Bellagio was ideal for shopping and sight seeing. The view from our bedroom was fantastic and the automatic window allowed great lake viewing. Staff were very helpful. As we had been travelling we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities as well as an iron in our room. |

Very central location with a balcony overlooking Lake Como and the Bellagio marina area. Free breakfast and convenient public parking. The hotel is a little hidden from the road and you need to enter into a restricted pedestrian only area to get to it. There are several steps up you need to take to enter the front lobby area. It is quite strenous for anyone that is mobility impaired or has large suitcases since there is no porter to assist with the luggage. However, it is worth the exercise for the view. Also, the bed is a little firm and the pillows a little thin. Woke up with a pinch in the back of the neck. |

Spacious and comfortable room with balcony and a beautiful view of Lake Como; very helpful and friendly staff. Not a dislike as such, but it's not a very easy place to find: if you arrive by ferry then you can see the hotel clearly, but it's not visible once you're driving around Bellagio's very narrow streets - look out for the Hotel Suisse on the lakefront and it's up a paved stepped street to the side ... |

I fell in love with Bellagio, and this hotel was perfect for my stay. Tucked away between the upper road into town and the lower road along the lake, this hotel was charming and romantic with big, huge views of the lake and mountains. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. The owner, Jane, was gracious, welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast on the small terrace, overlooking the town was delightful. I loved it so much, I extended my stay by another day and would have moved in if they would have let me. The night clerk did not give me my requested "wake-up" call the first day, and woke me an hour late the second day. I didn't ask for one on the third day. Other than that, a perfect stay. |

Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bellagio. Free access to Bellagio Sport Club is a nice feature, especially in the very hot weather. The hotel is more or less fairly priced for the area. The double room (307) was equipped with two twin beds, not a double mattress. It was not a big problem, but could be better. 307 was not the lake view and it seems to be the only room in the hotel that faces the neighboring building's window. It was not bothering us, as we kept the window closed to have the air conditioning running, but if you want some air and privacy, ask for a different room. |

Clean room,breakfast not rich but ok,quiet place I have booked a room with a lake view,but I was given a one without.They said it was me who was mistaken.Their lake view rooms cost 160 and mine was 140,but it was on promotion.The horel is not worth the money,but apparently it is because of the touristique attraction of Belaggio |

The location is wonderful! The breakfast on the terrace is great! We asked for shampoo several times and had to go and buy some ourselves at a local shop because they never brought us any. The double bed was just two twin beds pushed together...not so comfortable. |
