the good situation and propperness we did not appreciate that everybody had access to our room key as most of the time there was nobody at the reception and anybody could pick up the key as they were not secured. That is the reason we had the key all time with us |

this hotel was very nice and good location. a 15 minute walk to town core of Riva del Guarda. small rooms but very nice. i think recently upgraded. they have me a view of the water but there is a park before the small beach so not exactly lake view. the restaurant breakfast was fine very basic. there really isn't anything to the hotel except your room and restaurant. i didn't have very good service there for dinner but it seems like a very popular place for locals and people coming off the beach. i only ate there once i would suggest eating in the town. most restaurants are pretty much the same. the staff at the hotel were nice but again, there really isn't many to interact with. overall i really enjoyed my stay very very small nothing but your room. that's about it for the negatives. |

We are very happy to have selected this hotel. A 10 minutes' walk from the centre from where you can make fantastic boat trips, yet far from the noise of the town, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda, and a few steps from the beach. You add a free parking and a good restaurant - what else could we wish, besides staying longer than just two days? Before coming to Riva, we spent two days at Stresa at Lake Maggiore, and at Bellagio at Lake Como each, but The Bellariva was undoubtedly the best stay in terms of comfort and satisfaction. |

Kleine Zimmer, aber sehr sauber. Alles sehr gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück und nette Mitarbeiter. Wer viel unterwegs ist oder den ganzen Tag in der Sonne am See (direkt vor der Tür) liegt, dem kann man das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. |

Das Hotel liegt am schönsten und ruhigsten Strandabschnitt von Riva. Die Stadt ist in 10 min zu Fußüber die Strandpromenade, aber auch mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Hotellin sijainti ei ollut ongelma, koska halusimme nimenomaan rannnan läheisyydestä. Huoneet olivat siistit, ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Henkilökunta on ammattilaisia ja mukavia. Huone oli ilmastoitu. Siis mitään ongelmia ei ollut. Varmasti majoitun uudelleen kyseiseen hotelliin, jos kohteeseen uudestaan hakeudun. Ravintolasaliin tunkeutuvien lintujen kanssa aamiaista nauttiminen. Tämäkään ei ole suoranainen vika, vaan lähinnä haitta. Jonka hotelli voisi hoitaa melko yksinkertaisella ja edullisella tavalla, asentamalla "suikale" oviverhot kulkuaukkoihin. Tosin oletan lintujen oppivan varsin nopeasti käyttämään myös näitä aukkoja. |
