location -- right in front of the beach on the "lungomare"; helpful staff that made a good restaurant recommendation that we wouldn't have found on our own hotel did not have dedicated parking as stated on booking.com; on street parking not a problem on the side streets |

Able to speak English. Hotel more like a travel lodge hostel type, very basic, rooms upstairs like dormotories, no fridge no kettle/tea cofee in room no internet.No back to the hotel so no garden area to sit in. No free access to beach as suggested in the description of the hotel. Payment of 7 euros each day to use patio area of beach facilities opposite, not beach. |

Clean small friendly family run hotel . Very good value for money . Helps if you can speak italian . Good parking.Good location - 10mins walk to city centre but you are right on the beach |

The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Free Internet service. They turned off the heat during the daytime in freezing weather, so the room became very cold, and I could not shower until evening. |

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Rooms and public areas were very clean. Continental breakfast was adequate and the location, whilst a little bit away from the centre of Pescara (25 minute walk), was right across from the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. |

Kind staff, clean room (they clean every day), air-condition, mini safe in the room. I've got a room with sea view and a terrace. Was really nice. No fridge in the room. |

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony ,We were able to watch the sun rising over the Adriatic from our bed! Lovely beach literally across the road. An easy walk into town along sea front - about 25 mins but very pleasant. Good simple beakfast with lovely coffee. |

La situacion del hotel y el balcon que era un gran desahogo, puesto que la habitacion era un poco pequeña para tres personas. Prinipalmente, uno de los motivos por el que reserve fue que en la web aseguraba que habia parking gratis disponible, y no es cierto ya que no habia parking de ningun tipo y para aparcar era realmente complicado en las horas de playa. |
