Freindly and helpfull staff. Right on the sea front, so good location if you want the beach. Shops were within easy walking distance and breakfast was good. Not a complaint, but all the rooms are on the first floor, there's no lift and the stairs are quite steep which is a bit difficult with luggage.

Sea views and proximity of the beach. Easygoing staff. The noise insulation could be better. It's a fair old walk to the centre of Pescara. If you need to get there pick up the number 2/ bus just outside the hotel. It will drop you at the railway station.

La gentillesse et l'amabilité du personel ;le petit dejeuner ;la proprete; la proximite de la mer; enfin on est fan de l'hotel bellariva;ça fait déja la troisième fois qu'on y va et on ira encore à chaque fois qu'on ira à pescara, d'ailleurs je vous conseille aussi un petit resto pas loin de l'hotel, c'est le "santanna", on y va à 5 min à pied et on y mange super bien et copieux,

Günstiger Preis, Balkon. Frühstück - OK aber nicht überwältigend. Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der sehr guten Bewertung gewählt. Keine Ahnung wie die Bewertung zu stande kam. Alte und sehr kleine Zimmer mit Mini Betten. Duschkabine viel zu klein für einen Erwachsenen. Kein Lift. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Für 1 Nacht OK. Aber Ferien - auf keinen Fall. Schade.

La cordialità prima di tutto, avevo necessita di entrare in stanza la mattina presto e mi hanno dato una camera già alle 9 quando invece avrei dovuto aspettare alle 12.00. Le camere sono pulite, l'hotel e' attaccato al centro.
