The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a little noisy at night. Also, there was internet, but finding out how it worked took a little while. The negatives were outweighed by the positive. But it is definitely not a villa style hotel.

The central location No lift which is difficult for we over 60's with heavy cases. There wasn't the panoramic view over Rome that booking.com said there was. We had to lean out the window and look over to the right.

I like being near Rome but not in Rome. It is good to walk around the town in the evenings after dark. During the days there are good views to the north and there is a most interesting sundial in Pazza Monte Grappa nearby. The Internet connection was sometimes quite slow.

The centre of Rome is 20 minutes away by frequent, cheap, reliable trains, so why stay in the hot, noisy city. I liked the friendly helpful owners, the central position, the comfort, the price.

Bon accueil Situation a l’entrée de Frascati Vue sur Rome suivant les chambres Petit-déjeuné sympa Wifi Gratuit Parking gratuit (mais pour 4-5 voitures Max donc pensez a réserver) Note: Presque tous les parking a Frascati sont gratuits entre 13h30 et 15h30 (1.20 euro/h sinon) Les chambres "vue sur cour" sont un peu fraîches et ont peu d'intérêt...

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en zeer mooie kamer. Hotel ligt midden in schitterend dorp op korte afstand van Rome. Alles was ok. Nee alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld.

Hôtel très chaleureuse, excellent qualité/prix. Bonne place à demeurer la veille d'un départ de l'aéroport car c'est seulement à environ 35-45 minutes de Rome. Frascati est une petite ville locale, très jolie et on y mange très bien. Bellavista ne possède que 12 chambres, ce qui lui donne du charme. Le personnel était très accueillant et les chambres très propres. Le seul inconvénient que je peux voir pour certaine personne, c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'élévateur, mais c'est seulement 1 étage à monter, pour nous c'était pas du tout un inconvénient compte tenu de tout le reste positif de cet hôtel.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Ze laten je heel welkom voelen en doen er alles aan om je een fijn verblijf te bezorgen.Kamer en badkamer zijn netjes en schoon. Kleine parkeergelegenheid op binnenplaats bij het hotel. Het hotel ligt aan een pleintje, vlakbij restaurantjes, winkels etc. Frascati is een klein plaatsje waar vooral 's avonds veel te zien is en iedereen buiten loopt te flaneren. Station ligt om de hoek van het hotel. Rechtstreekse treinverbinding naar Rome. Binnen 25 minuten ben je in Rome. Een prettig hotel op een prima locatie.

Bellavista ligt in het praachtige Frascati op een van de heuvels rondom Rome: een perfecte uitvalsplek voor een dagje Rome maar ook een heerlijke plek om te genieten van het echte Italiaanse leven in een authentiek dorpje. Het kan lang wat rumoerig blijven op straat, maar het Italiaanse leven gaat nou eenmaal tot wat later door.

We konden bij aankomst kiezen uit 2 kamers: een mooie en een hele mooie! Uiteraard hebben we de hele mooie genomen, omdat die over een zeer ruime opzet beschikte. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en werd met liefde verzorgd. De parkeerplaats was zeer krap. Deze bevond zich op de binnenplaats, die afgesloten was dus dat gaf wel een veilig gevoel. Dat veilige gevoel verdween echter toen wij onze autosleutels moesten afstaan, hetgeen wij uiteraard niet hebben gedaan. Dit vonden wij een vreemd verzoek en kregen hierover ook bijna ruzie met één van de portiers. De ligging van het hotel is zeer goed, aan de rand van het centrum met alles op loopafstand, ook de trein waarmee we in een half uurtje naar Rome konden reizen.
