A really good and friendly service. Central of Frascati town with bars and view to villa, square and Rome at the same time. Lovely breakfast. Hotel is very near to the station.

Basic hotel, clean, friendly rate, nothing special, but a great cappucino at breakfast

Location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Someone already wrote this but: Location, location, location - the hotel is well positioned and is a great place to watch the world go by. Another big advantage is that the hotel has its own secure parking area (but you should reserve this in advance as its very busy). Breakfast was good. Beautiful building with internal courtyard.

Some people have grumbled that they had to bring their luggage up one stair to the first floor - personally I think it would be travesty fitting a building like this with a lift - we had no problem climbing one floor of stairs - if you might find this difficult, one tip would be to travel light.

Breakfast could be more varied

Our welcome to the hotel was one of the best we experienced in Italy. Frascati is a wonderfull town which doesn't seem to get so many tourists. We felt genuinely welcome. The hotel seems very grand from the outside. Inside is much smaller but positively more personal! I would definetly recommend staying here!

I read in other reviews that its noisy at night! Yes it is, but if you chose to stay in the most central place in town a little noise of street cleaning shouldn't put you off! Just close the window!

Ours was a return visit to the Bellavista. We particularly liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff plus its location close to the station yet just on the edge of the old town centre. Frascati itself is a good town to stay in and is very convenient for visits to Rome, Tivoli and Castel Gandolfo.

The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was a little noisy at night. Also, there was internet, but finding out how it worked took a little while. The negatives were outweighed by the positive. But it is definitely not a villa style hotel.

O hotel não tem elevadores; se você - como eu - ficar hospedado no pavimento superior, terá que carregar a própria bagagem. é um transtorno. Apartamento de bom tamanho, mas sem frigobar. Aliás, não há funcionários no hotel. é uma administração familiar. Bom tratamento, mas incompleto.

Molto accogliente, titolari simpatici, colazione ottima (cosa molto rara in un albergo italiano)

Come in molte strutture ricavate da palazzi antichi, il bagno è piccolissimo, addirittura diviso in due locali, uno con I servizi igienici e uno con lavabo e doccia. In quest'ultimo una persona corpulenta forse non riuscirebbe ad entrare.

La cortesia del personale. La posizione davvero invidiabile. La tranquillità del soggiorno nonostante sito nella piazza principale di Frascati.

L'accueil du staff est excellent, la disponibilité d'Isa pour nous faire un petit dejeuner avant 8h,(super) les chambres classiques propres et confortables situation hotel parfait pour visiter Frascati, avec un parking gratuit et fermé chose assez rare dans beaucoup des villes d'Italie

Pour ceux qui souffrent de la chaleur penser a demander les chambres avec clim, il reste encore des tres belle chambres sans clim

Les chambres "vue sur cour" sont un peu fraîches et ont peu d'intérêt...
