Die Lage hat uns gefallen (zu Fuß 5 min. bis zum Strand und 15 min. bis zur Altstadt). Ein herzlicher Empfang und die persönliche Betreuung des familiengeführten Betriebs kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Очень хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Отель небольшой. Чистый. Тихий. Хозяин отеля -Стефано- очень приятный, общительный человек, готовый помочь советом и ответить на все вопросы.Ситуация в отеле под полным его контролем.В номере огромная веранда, очень большое помещение душевой и туалета. Кондиционер.Пляж в 150-200 метрах. Около 100 метров до супермаркета. До исторического центра Градо -20 минут прогуляться. У отеля свои бесплатные парковочные места. Воспоминания остались самые приятные. В номере не было холодильника.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Altstadt, schöne Zimmern, großer Balkon Die unglaubliche Unfreundlichkeit des Hotelbesitzers, der statt zu grüßen, als erstes die Kinder böse belehrte, dass sie Strafe zahlen müssen, wenn sie etwas beschädigen und dass die Polizei käme, wenn sie auf den Betten hüpfen würden,... Anscheinend ein Kinder-, Raucher- und Frauenfeind der auch die weiblichen Angestellten (die übrigens sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend waren) auf italienisch sehr derb beschimpfte.

Günstig Frühstück für italien. Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig Sehr netter Hoteleigentümer Gratis Parkplatz, durften auch nach dem Auschecken stehen bleiben Sehr nahe zum Strand gelegen Sauberes Zimmer und Bad Etwas muffiger Geruch im Zimmer, konnte aber durch Lüften beseitigt werden

Die freundlichkeit der Besitzerfamilie, mit Rat und Tat in allen Lagen. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels, die schönen Zimmer, nähe zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. Ein ideales Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Grado, es hat alles uper gepasst, man kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

A személyzet segítőkész, a hotel tiszta és néhány percre van a strandtól. Mivel nagyméretű autóval utaztunk tartottunk attól, hogy nehezen tudunk parkolni vele, de remekül megoldották számunkra. Wifi használat nagyon nehéz, a szobában nem is tudtunk felcsatlakozni.

Prima hotel voor een paar nachten met parkeerplaats voor de deur. Kamer met airco, balkon en wifi. Prijs/kwaliteit is naar verhouding. Net ver kopen naar het centrum van Grado.

Zvenčí sice obyčejný, uvnitř však pohodlný, čistý a příjemný hotel s ochotným personálem, částečně mluvícím anglicky i německy. Kvalitní snídaně. Velké pokoje, nedaleko od pláží. Snadné parkování. i když na veřejné ulici. Chybějící lednička na pokoji

Sød og hjælpsom familie (to generationer) driver hotellet. Store, veludstyrede værelser. Vores havde en dobbeltseng samt en enkeltseng, stort badeværelse samt meget fin, stor balkon. Rengøringen var I top. Beliggenheden indenfor gåafstand af såvel Grados historiske bykerne som af Grado Pineta (forstad = "badeby"). Stor morgenbuffet med flere slags brød, pålæg, æg, frugt, youghurt M.M. Hvis vi skal nævne noget, må det være, at den store balkon med sol det meste af dagen kunne være udstyret med en parasol samt at parkeringspladserne, der tilhører hotellet, er meget små. Strandene ligger ganske vist tæt på hotellet, men de fleste er kun tilgængelige mod betaling.

Hotel molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Titolari molto gentili e cordiali. Camera bella, spaziosa, pulitissima e con aria condizionata senza sovrapprezzo. Prima colazione più che abbondante. Parcheggio auto privato dell'hotel e gratuito. Questo è importante perchè d'estate a Grado ci sono difficoltà di parcheggio. Vicino al mare e a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.
