We were placed in the motel next door for some reason.. no explaination given. Room was on second floor with no lift available ( really good lugging heavy bags). Electric roller blind was half way down the evening we arrived and didn't work and the next day staff opened it completely unable to close again .. no attempt to repair (room was level with street lights. |

the hotel was only 25 minutes to the airport in the hotel airport shuttle bus. Was across the road to the beach (good in summer). This hotel was just a stop over place to stay before flying out of Rome. It was good for this purpose, but maybe not for a great getaway location. |

Staff were most helpful. Convenient distance from airport with courtesy bus available. Good parking and open views to sea. Strange odours from toilet drains; bed covers in need of replacement (burn marks, frayed). |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location as close to train network and the beach Some maintenance was required in the room. Shower doors falling off, carpet tired, cleanliness of shower tiles needs improving |

It is good hotel in very calm place. 20-30 min by bus till city center.The room is large , cleane , with small kitchen. I would recommended this hotel for stay in Rome. A lot information you can get at the reception, free internet. |

Very close to the beach with good restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient. |

3 stars - must be joking just makes it a 2;paper thin walls, old building, musty bathroom (door warping from moisture) smelly garbage bins just outside your window, pub accross on the beach playing loud music past 3 A.M. nightly |

Nice view, nice terrace, that we could enjoy all alone. Nice staff. Good shuttle service to the airport. According the hotel profile they have internet access (at a surcharge), however they have not! |

Location, right across from the ocean and in a very friendly, local neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very easy to get to the train station and to the Ostia Antica ruins which was the main purpose for staying in this area. Also, 15 minute ride to the airport for our early morning flight Stayed in two triple rooms. Description stated AC, but only one of the rooms had AC. Lucky that it was cool at night (June), otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable. A bit noisy because it is right off a main avenue. The hotel is a bit old and in need of repairs. Nothing fancy, but it served it's purpose for the one night stay |

young leady work hard on reception. free beach near the hotel .train station and supermarket near the hotel. good restoran as well not all room equally good. brakfast is not good for my opinion |

The hotel style, seaview, friendly staff and close to beach. Lack of air conditioning in room, so disturbed sleep by outside noise through open window. |

The hotel was very clean and veronica service was amazing nothing was to much trouble for her. The rooms were small and ours had no air conditioning which in the summer months is needed. You can open the windows however the noise of cars, dogs & bin men at 4.30 am, you will get very little sleep. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the balcony. Views were nice and since we were off-season it was very peaceful. Breakfast so-so. |

I liked the cost the hottub was not clean and was not nearly hot enough to be sanitary. I was upset that we didnt get the chane to use it! |

Repülőtér közelsége,Cotral busszal megközelíthető.Kérésre a Hotel Bellavista transzfert szervez a reptérrő a szállodáig, taxit is tudnak küldeni.Ingyenes buszjáratot indítottak a Nouva Fiera-ra a szálloda elől. Reggeli kielégítő volt. Szoba egyszerűsége miatt 1 max. 2 éjszakás tartózkodásra ajánlom 1, vagy 2 utazónak. |

Hotellet lå lige ved stranden og nemt til metroen. Yderst godt hvis man er i bil Sengene kunne godt være bedre. Instalering af ac ville være en fordel især om sommeren pga trafikstøj |

отель хорош для совмещения отдыха на море и посещения Рима(+окрестности), все рядом. Персонал дружелюбен и отзывчив, всегда готовы помочь, есть говорящие по-русски. Чисто, убирают каждый день, завтрак хороший. У отеля есть свой микроавтобус и при желании можно заказать трансфер. Есть только один недостаток - дорога под окнами и немного шумно. изменить в лучшую сторону комплектацию постели - подушки!!!, плед!!! |
